This was the worst rental ever and we paid for a dirty - disgusting house! Dust and other hair crap in all bed frames - walls have so much black stuff above slider doors- hair ties on pool patio - dirty patio- ripped screen when called manager they duct tape half of it! Window sills has at least 5 years of dirt! We left early!

My review is the title...

I have stayed with Florida Vacation Homes in the past and it was not a bad experience but customer service for this trip was truly terrible. An elderly guest suffered a significant fall at the home. She had to be taken to the emergency department and has continued to treat after returning home. This fall completely ruined her trip and by extension made the trip challenging for the rest of our family. She continues to suffer from substantial pain as a result of the fall. I reported this injury to our “Home Care Manager” and he essentially blamed her for falling. The guest filled out an injury report and sent pictures of the hazardous condition of in the house but Florida Vacation Homes did not care. I have literally never had such a bad experience with a company in my life. I strongly recommend against staying with Florida Vacation Homes. There are a lot of other options in the Orlando area that treat their guests much better.

We had a wonderful week at this condo. It is lovely, spacious and well equipped! The balcony was a perfect spot for morning coffee, meals outside and watching the beautiful sunsets. Reunion is a great resort with numerous amenities and close to area attractions. We would definitely like to return to this condo.

The good: the property is well located and comfortable.

The bad and the ugly: the property management company is extremely unyielding. Early check-in and late check-outs must be requested 72 hours in advance minimum so if you have a last minute change, it will not be accomodated. Also, each carries a $65 charge.

The mattresses are dated, and have lost their shape.

Downstairs bathroom had a drip when the upstairs shower was on.

Wifi did not work for half our stay. Once fixed, it only worked downstairs, where there is no family gathering area, so we could not watch any streaming as a family, or get any work done upstairs that required Wifi.

Reunion itself has a lot to offer. We have stayed there several times with miked results, ranging from ok to excellent.

While the unit was functional and many aspects were fin the wifi was poor, there was limited hot water for showers and was not as hot as some of us would have liked. Some of the furniture needs fixing/replacing. Much of it was chipped and the front desk drawer came apart in our hands when we opened it.

Everything else was fine.

Shout out to Lynn! After a technical issue threatened to derail our dream family vacation, Lynn and the staff left no stone unturned! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Overall, the house was an experience within itself. Non-stop fun was had with kids and adults alike. Each room and bathroom was spacious. The kitchen and breakfast area was endless counter and table space. We had 25 people stay for 4 nights and no one felt cramped. The hospitality service was top-notch with quick response time when assistance was needed. Location was prime! Many shopping centers and malls near. The area was safe and beautiful. The family will definitely be returning.

This is our 5th time coming to the Reunion Resort and we just love it! There was an issue with the tiolet, but they sent someone the next day to fix it.

Overall, the property was beautiful and very clean, and my family had a great Thanksgiving stay. We had no issues with the home itself, and everything inside was well maintained. However, there were several concerns that future guests should be aware of.

The listing is advertised as 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, but that is not accurate. It is truly 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. There are 5 FULL bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom that contains only a toilet and sink. One of the bedrooms does not have its own bathroom—it shares with another upstairs bedroom, and the bathroom is across the hall, not connected. The listing mentions that one bedroom shares a bathroom with the loft area, but it does not clarify that two bedrooms actually share that bathroom, and that one of the rooms must leave the bedroom entirely to access it. This was extremely misleading and inconvenient, especially for the person staying in that room.

Additionally, the company’s policies felt unreasonable. Check-in was at 4 PM and check-out was at 10 AM. When I called to request an early check-in, I was quoted $250 for just three extra hours, even though no one stayed in the home the night before. A late checkout to 1 PM would have been another $250. A fee that high is excessive.

Lastly, heating the spa was an extra charge. After paying to rent the property, the spa and pool heat should have been included, especially at this price point.

The home itself was great, but due to the misleading bathroom setup, lack of transparency in the listing, and the unreasonable fees, I would not book with this company again.

The house was beautiful and spacious. So many things for family to enjoy! It was close and convenient to all the parks. We had a great time!

The house is very big - lots of space to accomodate many guests. The pool space was great - we paid to have the pool heated and it is a must for the beginning of November. The house was very clean. We had a fantastic time.

Stayed for a week great location. Property was beautiful. U can stay in the house and not go anywhere. We had a small issue with the spa and it was addressed immediately. I have stayed other places and issues were not addressed that quickly highly recommended. There is a supermarket not far a 7-11 down the block whis I had more time to walk the property solara resort is beautifull.

From pre-booking to check-out all our questions and needs were addressed promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we'd rent through them again!

This house had the wow factor! It is big, clean, fun theme rooms, comfy beds and the list goes on. We loved it so much my friend booked the house in the spring.

Hot water on first floor kept going out. Not really a heated pool. Spa was heated thats it. Rented house for 4 days only had internet for one. So we could not use the movie room. Great house just too many problems. Would never rent this one again.

Enjoyed the stay and the amenities. Scott was quick to follow up and address issues to ensure we were well taken care of. We will be back!

The condo was very comfortable, roomy, well furbished. Bathrooms good, good water pressure. Very close to Water Park, 3 blocks away, we could walk there. The condo was clean except for the terrace outside. The matresses also could do with updating.

The house is a great location and has great amenities. this was our group’s 4th stay at this house for our Orlando vacation. we are 3 couples (no kids). plus: always enjoy the game room, theater and overall layout of the house. Since we have been here many times over the years there definitely has been some wear and tear that should be addressed. the pool area needs an overhaul. there are broken tiles surrounding the pool and a broken chaise chair. not sure why someone won’t just throw that out, and what is really gross is some kind of sitting lounge in the back corner that is uninhabitable as the cushions are filthy and moldy. inside the pool has stains (green or rust?) another issue is the hot tub heat. you must pay for the pool heat in order to enjoy a HOT tub. we actually called a few times during our stay as we would have the hot tub going for hours and it would be just barely be 90 degrees. the maintenance person that came out first time we called stated the house went to a newer electric heater for pool so it might take 3 hours to get it warmed up. we had it on for a good 7-8 hours straight and it never really got hot. waste of money. as i said we’ve been there before so we know that this was a change as we always enjoyed the hot tub the way it should be. carpet upstairs should be replaced too. i know the theatre room was redone along with the 2 “kids” bedrooms upstairs and they added a pool table, so hopefully the next focus can be on the pool area. management was very responsive the few times we reached out.
