SCAMMING OVERPRICED DROPSHIPPERS
SCAM. This shady, overpriced, dropshipping store purchased a GameCube game from me on eBay and sent it to a completely different address many states away from their physical store location. This is because they did not have the game in stock in their store and someone purchased it on their website, where they have it listed for $30.97. They bought the same game from me for $12.37 shipped, and had me ship it directly to their buyer, meaning they profited $18.60 off a game they did not have in stock but told the buyer that it was in stock anyways. Mind you, the pricecharting (aka average ebay sold value) for this game is $10, so these clowns are charging 3 times market value on their website, so I assume the prices in their physical store are just as horribly overpriced. Do not support this store/company in any way, they are clearly just into retro games to rip people off and make money and are not actually enthusiasts of the hobby in any way. Any game store that cares about their reputation and positively contributing to retro gaming would not scam like this with 3x pricing over market value and drop shipping.

If you did your complete research and actually visited our website to understand how we do our business, you would have understood our business model.
As you advertised your business in the review by claiming that that you sell games at a much lower cost than us on eBay, you will be aware that eBay only offers a 30-day return. Retro vGames offers a 121-day return warranty along with a 1-year add-on warranty.
You used the word 'Scam' multiple times, please understand the meaning of a scam company first.

Terrible shipping and customer service
I bought a Psvita from this website and when I finally got it my screen just broke and went dim and started glitching while I was using it. Not only that but the packaging was terrible it came wrapped in a bag as if it shouldn't be treated as a fragile product
EDIT: I also discovered that the screen has lots of blackspots and I now have to angle my screen to be able to barely see anything. The company is telling me there is a slim chance of a product being broken yet there are multiple reviews which say they send broken and faulty products they wasted my time and they are STILL sending me offers to buy vita games from them to play on the faulty product they sent me, it's as if they're rubbing it in my face

Store credit gone via glitch
I had a store credit from a previously returned game. When I went to place a new order the website glitched out and would not accept the order. My guess is that the credit was more than the order total and the system did not now know how to handle a zero dollar order. I came back a few weeks later and threw another game into the cart so I would not get a zero dollar order figuring this would solve any issues. I then dropped in my code for my credit and it had $0.58 left. I reached out to customer support to get this rectified. They said they could not track where the credit was used but that it was used. We went over my orders together and despite the fact that the math added up and I should have this credit left open they just stood by the "it was used" position. And, to boot, with almost every interaction they implied it was my fault. Don't order for this company! There are plenty of vendors selling these items.

As a follow up to my previous review…
As a follow up to my previous review here I am updating all of you. After asking for a refund and starting the process they insisted for 3 emails over 2 days that they will replace the item. After clearly stating I will not accept a replacement I will only accept a refund after returning the item they requested I pay for the return because it's a "refubished" item. Keep in mind it was dirty, grimy, and missing parts that would make it a completed unit. This is clearly not refurbished and I am not returning it to them on my own dollar.
They have gotten a final follow up email from me requesting a return label. They have not replied to my previous email for almost 48 hours now. If they do not reply with one they will be getting blocked by my bank and getting a charge back to get my money back.
Do not buy from them, it is a hassle and you aren't garenteed anything you buy.

Scammed here as well. Ordered a refurbished gamecube and two games. The gamecube was disgusting, damaged, not refurbished and two of the controller ports didn't work. Never received either game. No response when I tried to return the console or cancel the games which were never shipped. I am currently disputing the transaction with my bank.

Ordered a Gameboy Advanced SP online, a week later they refunded my order with no communication as to why. No email telling me it was refunded. I only figured it out because I looked at my account to see what step my order was at. When I called in, they couldn't give me an answer as to why my order was refunded, and could only confirm that my order had in fact been cancelled. FedEx later couldn’t deliver my package because they don’t deliver to PO boxes so I had to drive an hour away to get my package just to turn out that the driver wasn’t there so I had to drive back the next day causing me to spend 40$ in gas This seller should advise they don’t ship to PO Boxes but the console it self was in grate Condition but horrible shipping experience never buying from here again ✌️✌️

Terrible Experience!
I bought an item from this company. Immediately they start spamming my inbox with offers. Two days later i get a credit from my bank, no cancellation email. I reach out to support, and they give me stock out excuses. I call them out that their system still shows 10 in stock and then they say its a system issue, "but i should be able to reorder again". So basically stock out excuse was a straight up lie. Someone messed up pricing and they wouldnt honour an order that they accepted. I think other reviews reinforce their service quality. Horrible!

The issue with dealing with used items is that sometimes when the demand for a particular item is high, despite trying very hard to keep up with the demand and procuring items to replenish the stock, it can take time. We also cannot guarantee the prices to remain constant as they depend on the market and at what price our team is able to procure the items again. Despite this, we try our best to offer each of the items in our inventory at the best possible price while maintaining the quality with a 121-day warranty.

INITIAL EXPERIENCE - Terrible, do not buy from these scam artists. Refurbished PS3 doesn't work. They do not answer e-mails in a timely fashion and support is basically non-existent.
Updating - The PS3 doesn't work and was poorly packaged, which might be why it doesn't work. They have reached out to provide support and I am working to resolve the issue. If they resolve it appropriately I will update further and increase their rating again.

Terrible, Terrible Terrible company, I have been trying to get a refund for a 3ds console that I purchased from them for a Christmas present last year, the console did not work. I’ll start with the positive seeing there isn’t much. I order a PlayStation one bundle with 2 games. The PlayStation system came fast and was well packaged and working. That’s about all positives. The games that were advertised to come with the system did not come with the system I received them in 2 separate packages weeks after receiving the system. One of the games final fantasy 8 came with no case and the last 2 disk I would be very surprised if they actually work. There help desk completely ignored my email. When I asked where the games that were advertised to come with my system were I was told they have several “warehouses” and the games would be shipped separately which kinda defeats the purpose of advertising as a bundle package If you ask me. Also that’s a complete lie seeing one of the games I received came with a receipt from eBay. There advertising is extremely misleading and safe to say after spending $300 here that I will never use this site again. The only reason they got 2 stars is because the system does work other than that there service is crap.

I was so excited to get my game system. I ordered a classic NES console with 2 controllers and multiple games, none of which were shipped together, none of which worked. The company is now saying since “I changed my mind” they are going to charge a 10% restocking fee and will not send me prepaid shipping labels to return the faulty product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The reason we have to sometimes ship an item or multiple items separately is in a situation where all of the items in an order are not readily available in our main warehouse. In this case, we ship them directly from another warehouse. This does increase our shipping costs but, this way, we can make sure that the complete order can be delivered to our customers within the expected time frame.
We offer a 121-day replacement warranty and you should not have to pay any charges for in this case. If your order was under the 30-day return period, you should have been able to return the order without any fee.

Update: I updated my review to 5 stars, because They shipped out another replacement controller lightning fast, and they were quick to process a refund on another order I have canceled. I have had nothing but a good experience with this company.
I was skeptical of buying from this company because of the bad reviews. However, I thought I would give them a chance. I ordered a GameCube with controller & Memory Card. I also ordered a Nintendo 64 Rumble Pack. I’ve not received the rumble pack yet. The GameCube package was packed well and very secure. When opened the GameCube looked brand new. I received the orange model which is supposed to be region locked to Japan. It plays US games with no issue so maybe they converted it, I don’t know. As far as shipping, I saw no signs of drop shipping. The return label had the shipper as Retro vGames, and there were a couple of advertisements from them in the box. I’m giving 4 stars because the aftermarket controller does not work at all. I contacted them & they’re supposed to send a replacement. Hopefully, it will be fast. At least I had a spare GameCube controller of my own. I purchased an additional 1 year warranty so I’m covered if issues arise.

They buy all their merchandise from other sellers and have those sellers ship it directly to you.
They never see the games, they never test the games. They really have no idea what the condition or working order of any of their merchandise is. They say they ship from several warehouses, but this a complete lie. Why would you trust a company that so blatantly lies about their business practices? Just go to Ebay and buy the stuff yourself. At least you can view what that seller is like first hand. The response they will leave to this review will be a lie like all the other responses.

These guys are dropshippers. They buy from legitimate sellers on eBay and Amazon and try to scam the item away. They will then either dropship from a seller to your address or they buy or steal the item, get it sent to there place and send it directly to the customer for 3x the price. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Poor communication and follow up
I ordered a PS3 and as far as I can tell the console is fine. However, the controller that was sent with it has a broken shoulder button. I initially contacted customer service by email and was told to "document" the problem with photos and/or a video. As requested, I created a YouTube video and sent the link to customer service. I received an initial response saying that they were looking into the issue, but have not heard from anyone since. I have now reached out several more times by email and have been met with complete silence. At this point, it doesn't look like my problem will be taken care of. I also found out this company drop ships so they don't have their own inventory. You are purchasing an item from an unknown seller and that information is not available to you, the buyer. Would highly recommend against using this company and instead find a local retro game store or a more reputable online dealer.

Broken Xbox and poor customer service
I bought a refurbished Xbox One. When it came it didn't work even though they said it was "thoroughly tested". I asked what was required to send it back, they told me and I followed the instructions. When I followed up they told me they needed more info which I didn't have and basically said there is nothing they can do about it. $300 down the drain with a broken product and horrible customer service
