Minable, scammers
Minable. Conflit depuis des mois, je reçois le même mail débile que je dois soit disant contacter le service logistique de mon pays alors que je l’ai fait et ai la preuve; la responsabilité n’est pas de notre sort mais de la leur! Ici le colis a été renvoyé chez eux!
Écoutez bien, cette escroquerie Chinoise engage une compagnie maritime de livraison SANS suivi, alors ils perdent le colis et c’est de votre faute! C’est à eux de faire l’enquête, ils le savent, mais rejettent la faute sur vous! Incroyable. Malgré les preuves. Cheap, mauvais, des voleurs.
Ils refusent de me rembourser pour leur erreur.
Ils ne respectent pas nos droits internationaux et européens en matière de livraison, suivi et indemnisation.
Je souligne que je n’étais pas au courant que ça venait de chine donc je voulais en plus annuler ma commande, et ils n’ont même pas respecté mon choix.
Fuyez les vêtements sont cheap en plus. Ça vole des design d’autres marques. Et ces robots osent signaler mon avis.
On n’aime pas la vérité? C’est pas le communisme ici .

Answer: stop lying, you will never refund me. The package has been sent back to China since AUGUST.
As Retro stage works with the cheapest way to send packages, they have no quality tracking if lost, therefore once their own company lose packages, they try to trick you so don’t refund you.
They don’t respect legal rules in the USA and EUROPE. They are supposed to make an investigation- it’s their duty, as they are the initial sender. It’s written in the INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS. Yet even that they don’t respect it.
My package has left my country since summer, it’s written. Yet on their Chinese post delivery service it’s written it’s been delivered in Belgium… YES but after that it has been sent back! No update!
They don’t even call them to make an investigation. Unbelievable.
My LZ995076284CN package isn’t shown anymore on tracking services since they don’t even track it. I repeat they pick the cheapest way to send items.
I ordered items from everywhere in the world, Australia, USA. And I never had that in my life! Never occurred such scam and nonsense, everything was fine and tracked, with a respect for customers and when they lost the package they refunded me.
But here at retro stage? No way they steal you! Even the 20€ of delivery isn’t covered by their poor choice of delivery. So you may 15-20€ for delivery to at the end receive a non safe and crass service. They pick the cheapest delivery method so once they lose it they don’t care!
Next time it’s my lawyer you’ll answer to, and stop reporting reviews on trust pilot! Stop reporting them and using your translator to copy paste messages and be useful for once.

I refused to sign because I refused to pay extras as I told you before I had no idea it was coming from outside of Europe, therefore wanted to cancel my purchase within 24hours.
However, in the past it happened to me once with an Australian company and they managed to track it and refund me.
You told me that (to summarize not words by words). « no worry, we will refund you if you don’t accept the parcel as it will get sent back here »… Open if you need more infos
