Terrible customer service ‼️‼️‼️
I'm trying and trying to have a discussion with this company and they avoid me. They charged me way more than the cost of the product said at checkout and when I inquired about it, they say it was a system error. Well if they have a system error with every order, they will get rich while stealing from us . Now they will not discuss cancelling my order. I requested the cancellation immediately and still no reply about that... I don't know about everyone else but I'm so sick and tired of these companies ripping us off

Look at the package for damage
Packaging could be improved by using a box with bubble wraparound each bottle. Several bottles were smashed in but not leaking.

Godd lights, poor packaging
Received both lights but they were poorly packed - no padding, just taped into a mylar bag all the way from Europe - and one box was badly damaged. Product inside works but can't give 5 stars - what if I had to return it?

SCAM...STAY AWAY...BEWARE!
SCAM...STAY AWAY...BEWARE!! I purchased items through them. After 4 weeks of not being delivered, I asked them where my product was. They said they will check with the shipper. Then they said it was probably delayed in transit. Today, they said the product was returned to a wrong warehouse and that if I wanted the product, I would have to buy again. I said NO and asked for a refund, but they now ignore me.
