They seemed like a genuine company
I purchased a spare part for my car on August 26th. I received an email promptly saying they were processing my order. That was it. No further communication about posting the part and no part has arrived. I emailed the company last Friday to enquire about the expected delivery date. Silence. I emailed them again the following Monday. Again no response and at the end of this week tried to phone them but simply got an answering machine saying sorry to have missed your call. I left my name and order number but again no response. It seems like this company does not care about its customers and doesn’t send the goods. It means I will now need to contact my bank to clawback the money I paid and buy the part from a reliable company. So disappointed.
