Quick delivery of the MousTer, though I do wish the product page was a bit more up to date - URL for the firmware updates is now a parked host and you need to dig around to locate the couple of Git repos which have the needful. But, apart from that, cracking product delivered quickly.

I have been collecting and restoring vintage computers for a number of years. Checking (new - old stock) IC’s used in the restore was aided by the use of the Retro IC Tester - a first class self assembly kit with plenty of support from the designer. These add-on pcb’s are the ‘icing on the cake’ enabling reading and programming vintage EPROMs. Hats off to Retro Lemon - the UK’s number 1 supplier of Retro parts.

I had a handful of specific and complicated questions that customer support was able to answer right away. They even sent me a video to show me how to mod my machine to accommodate new software. This is a great company serving to keep our retro devices up and running!!!

It works well and I'm generally pleased. It replaces a similar device that uses 4 wires that I wasn't happy with for various reasons.

However it came as a surprise that the switch wires where soldered on to the board, and the wires where too short for the switch to go in it's intended place. I had to desolder it and solder on a connector so I could fit depont wires. I'm still pleased and I like it's two wire operation but it would have been even better if that wires came detachable. Still it's working well. The switch wires are on the right which is better than others boot selectors that have it on the left where a capacitor makes connection difficult.
