I share a very similar experience with the previous review on this site. Immediately after purchasing a box, I realised they are ILLEGAL, they hold no licenses to sell/distribute the software on the box. I tried to cancel the order but my emails were ignored and my money taken. After 3 weeks a box arrived at my house, which I hasten to add was not good quality, they hadn't even bothered to add a heatsink to the box meaning it will eventually overheat. I sent it straight back and asked for a refund. My emails were ignored. Every now and then one would be answered stating a refund was being processed, but it clearly hadn't. This company kept my money and the box. It claims to have what looks to be a great 100% refund policy, it doesn't!! I have had to retrieve my money through my bank. Keeping your money and the item when stating it will refund is essentially a scam/fraud and basically theft
Just because a "company" has a half decent web site does not make it legal. If you do really want a retro system you can find them much cheaper elsewhere which are better quality. I say "company" but it is a 1 man show run by what appears to be a total fraudster named Justin Heenan. If it was possible to give no stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I'm not sure why trustpilot gives 3 stars on its initial rating, surely the average of 2 reviews of 1 star is 1 star.

Avoid Retro Gaming Box …
Avoid Retro Gaming Box (retrogamingbox.com) at all costs!
They sent an item to me despite several attempts to cancel my order and will not give me a refund despite promising to do so!
When I first attempted to cancel my order they claimed the item was 'in transit', however, it was not posted until 9 days after I first attempted to cancel it (it was posted from their UK address).
The item was returned back to them by special delivery the same day it was received by me, and was subsequently received by them the following day.
They have still not provided me with a refund - I have had to raise a dispute via my bank and report them to Trading Standards.
All their emails have just been stringing me along and they have made every effort they can to waste my time and money.
