DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered over 2 months ago. Not too busy to take my money 2 months ago but too busy to send my order. NEVER EVER WILL I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! Funny how you can’t get ahold of anyone from the company. They got over $80.00 from me. Wish we could turn them in.

I cannot express my disappointment with the product that I bought for my grandchildren's Christmas presents. It was nothing like what I expected and was a big con, with a measly bit of cotton to hold the doll components together. I was the person that was tricked. I also made the mistake of purchasing three of the items. Do not replicate my mistakes in part or full.

WOW!!! Have never dealt with such an absolutely disgraceful company!!! They deserve a minus rating they are so bad. Purchased a "MAGICAL" wooden man priced @ $19.99. First, their video of this is so misleading that, now that I see what it is, is just laughable. Second, not only is there nothing 'MAGICAL' about it the identical toy it is available on EBay for less that $3.00. It is a shame that a company such as this exists as it gives all honest retailers a black eye.

Do NOT buy anything from these scammers. Dreadful unusable products .

I would give zero (0) if I could. All I have requested (4 times) is an address to return the product to. These requests have covered a span of 3 weeks. If you do purchase an item, do not expect to be able to return it. As someone else has said, you need to be an expert puppeteer to properly use the doll. I will not purchase anything else from the company nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Hi I still trying to chase my order, the tracking numbers are bogus as well. Me too - minus 10 on stars, this place would win 1st prize. being the worse customer service and most deceiving products ever. Total junk.

I cannot get a response back for a return address so I will dispute the charge as a fraudulent change with my bank.

Retro gadgets took my money and I never received the product. No one will return my emails

Like everyone else said.... this company is a farce! I will NEVER order from FB again. I have sent numerous emails asking for instructions on returning item. All I get is a canned message. The last thing they did was to combine all of my emails to them! Ha! What for? Still no response on my refund or how to return item. Do NOT order from this company. They are very untrustworthy and crooked! Also, they double & triple charge for items as well as leave out important info about the product! They should be shut down now!!

I have been emailing retro gadgets for 12 days now asking for address to return the item I purchased from them, and every time it's the same reply, "we are very busy right now" or some such words and they will get back to me in 48 to 72 hours, B.S. 12 DAYS EVERY DAY!!!! No answer WTH ??????

Do not reply to e mails when I query delivery.have given up hope on ever receiving item.will never buy off Facebook again.

Facebook ad for wooden man toy. Complete scam as it does not state it's a "magic trick". Totally unsuitable for a young child. Was offered a refund if I sent it back to USA at higher cost than the refund is worth. Beware of these crooks and avoid buying anything advertised on Facebook.

Do not buy from this company ! I have bought three cameras that don’t work - they were shipped from China and was given a US address to ship back which I had to pay. I have the Proof of the return was delivered and I have been chasing for my refund for over 3 months now! They are crooks!!! Beware !!!!!

£30 for 3 rolls sticky tape,..ok,...then it arrives,...the amount on each tape? ...3 times round,....!! Don't be fooled,...buy something somewhere else,...

This company is the worst company in the world. They do not advertise their products correctly and they do not pay for return shipping. I ordered 3 rolls of tape for 35.00. There was not even a foot of tape on each roll. I complained and they told me to send them pictures which I did and then they said I could return them if I wanted to pay the return postage. That is ridiculous when it was their fault in the first place that the produce was inferior. They should check the products they sell first. I will never use this company again Horrible customer service as well as products

Ordered a Fitness Tracker priced at £26.99, the item arrived from China was totally inaccurate asked to return it for a refund. Was given an address in USA to which it had been returned. It cost me £10 to return in by Royal Mail tracked service. The item was received at its destination. Have been constantly emailing reference my refund and all I get is emails from a person called "Craig" obviously not real name saying matter is being dealt with and I should receive an update within 24hrs. Obviously this is a company not to be trusted and I would advise everyone to avoid it. .

Avoid this company I don't think they have any idea of the quality of the products they sell, you even have to pay to return sub standard goods.

Do not buy their product for toe nail fungus. I paid $30, and you can get it for $3 on line. There were no directions in the box, so I hunted on line to see how to use it. I was shocked to see the price!!!! This is a huge rip off to the public. Beware!!!!!!!

Just received my order, 1st and most important these devices need to have a power supply in order to work. The video shows these being placed at locations as thought they are battery or rechargeable units. this is of not use for outside surveillance. 2nd your wifi / router HAS TO OPEN for this oh please any fool driving by scanning for wifi will be able to access this. NOT WORTH IT.

Bought on a three for two offer three cameras that I'm supposed to be able to view on my iPhone, instructions are useless nothing appears on my phone as shown in the set up instruction.
the box that the "equipment " came in doesn't have manufacturers name or anything to identify where it came from but a voice, probably Chinese spoke from the "camera" when it was put on charge followed by a garbled English version.
Wish I'd just bought the one and only waste thirty odd quid instead of sixty!
