They are absolutely awful. I ordered the game console for My Son! over a month and a half ago for his birthday. I have never received it. No one responds. I paid $90 for nothing. if someone knows how to get a refund, please let me know this company is BS thank you.

Waste of money. Kids played it once for about an hour. Now stuck on the loading screen never to work again.
Emailed them with no response.
I read that they come with a cheap memory card and that's why they stop working. Apparently you can transfer all the games onto a decent memory card and it will work but who's got time to do that? You are paying for a product that you expect to get more than 1 use out of.

The customer service response time is absolutely horrible. The controllers do not work with new batteries. The loading screen is stuck. I cannot navigate through the gaming system. What a waste and scam. I want my refund. Partial or full!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. First of all, they ship from china and the shipping comes in a plastic wrap. No joke. No box, no protection. All the items came so damaged and unusable - i ordered 4 of them to give as Christmas gifts (cool idea, but now I'm kicking myself). Returns policy is bull. You have to ship them BACK TO BEIJING CHINA. For those of you who want to know how much it costs to send back 4 of these, over $300USD from both UPS and USPS. That's the only way to get a refund for the busted up items. Save your money and time as this is all a scam.

I received game and plugged I. It shows games to play but will not do anything with the controllers. This is a total scam .

They ship from China, but don't disclose that. My order is still sitting in China after eight days.
I told them I want a refund, but they refuse.
Don't buy this product, you'll never get it.

It worked once,then next time stuck on loading screen. Tried emailing customer service and got a response eventually- try a new lead,check connections etc.
After trying that have emailed them again, no further contact.
Don't waste your money!!!
Ps. They are definitely not 4k as advertised.

Worked for 1 day then constantly froze up because it's probably overheated constantly. The company was supposed to send me a replacement but it must be coming by camel....this was over a month ago.

I got scammed I paid $80 for mine and it doesn’t work. This is junk. Such a scam.
Don’t buy this! And there is no way to call or reach out to anybody to fix this. Nobody will help me get a refund or an exchange.

Right out if the box as soon as I hooked it up it froze on the loading screen. Nothing I did could fix it. Nobody responding to my emails anymore for a refund. What an overpriced piece of junk!!!

My mom bought me the Christmas bundle for Christmas 2020 & It's awesome. I will recommend buying from them if anyone is looking for an all in one game system.

It's been 15 days since Retro Drive hasn't shipped out my item so I decide to cancel my item and refund my money back with PayPal. I'm so very disappointed with Retro Drive for taking too long and I never receive it on time for Christmas time. I hope never to trust any website like Retro Drive or any other. I always count on Ebay or Amazon which they shipped my item in 2 days I received it in time for Christmas and paid $95 vs $315 with Retro Drive.

Games are LAGGY in MAME and I paid for the upgrade🤷🏾‍♂️
The controller is hard to pair for Bluetooth. It’s not automatic and I have to keep it plugged in😐

Purchased the fully loaded Nvidia shield. The original power ac adapter was not included instead their was a third party usb c which didn’t not power the Retro drive unit at all. I contacted the retrodrivehelp which they did respond and they said they were going to resolve the issue by first shipping a new power adapter and as last resort replace the unit if problem persists.
