I had a great experience shopping with RD Designer Wear. The website was very easy to use, making the whole ordering process smooth and stress-free. Delivery was extremely quick and arrived sooner than I expected, which was a big plus. I was kept well informed throughout the entire delivery process with regular updates, so I always knew where my order was. The product arrived exactly as advertised, with excellent quality and no issues at all. I would definitely recommend RD Designer Wear and will be shopping here again.

fantasic service, ordered an item to be delivered before christmas and it was delivered on time when it said it would be, unfortunately the size was not quite right so i had emailed the company and had a very fast response and the staff were so helpful in changing the size and having redelivered still in time before christmas, quality is amazing and so is the response i got with the size issue amazing overall

Extremely bad experience with this company! I purchased an item for next day delivery and over 1 week later still do not have the item. The item was in the DPD locker but no pick up pass was sent to me so I could not get it. I contacted the company straight away to inform them and they were extremely unhelpful. They did not contact DPD to try and resolve the issue for me so I could pick it up. The item was then sent back to the company as I did not pick it up (because I couldn’t). They told me they could not send a replacement until they received the item back so it would be another week before I received it. My messages on the live chat went days without being answered. I was told I would get a call back the same day and no one rang me back. When I complained about that, the staff member on the phone was extremely rude and kept speaking over me. His only response was “it has been busy what do you expect us to do” and “it’s not that bad”. Very dismissive and rude, terrible customer service. Will never be ordering from this company again.

Purchased from here last night as a Christmas gift for someone and this is the second time I’ve purchased from this store, one of those purchases was in store but I’m super impressed with their customer service as they’ve just called me personally to let me know the order was ready and give me directions to the store in the case that I didn’t have them. If only customer service everywhere else as so helpful!

First time used this company, Armani jeans, were good, price was good, and delivery, was quick.
So will certainly look at their products again.

This store wrote my number wrong when they shipped my clothes, which caused a delay of the delivery and a constant back and forth with the courier company.

Bought an Aquascutum soft shell jacket,and when putting it on for the first time the drawstring at the bottom of the jacket snapped.
The fella who i dealt with sent it back it to Aquascutum who said it wasn't a manufacturing fault,yeah right, I'm in the habit of paying nearly 300 quid for a jacket to deliberately snap the drawstring.
The guy I was dealing with in Glasgow Fort store wasn't having that either so he took the jacket to a tailor and had it repaired free of charge.
I've since worn the jacket 4 times and guess what,the drawstring is still going strong.
Incredible customer service.
Will be back in store again and again and again......

Struggled to find these trainers at a reasonable price, however found them on here and was sceptical that they might not be real… had nothing to worry about!

Service second to none !

I have been in a lot of times recently with my wee dad hovering up some amazing bargains on a weekly basis . Sara , her sister and the team were absolutely amazing with him - helping to filter through everything to get the size and colour he needed - nothing was too much trouble . I’m so very sad this store is moving on because it’s sadly missing these days to get such good quality clothes at decent prices and with amazing customer service - ladies , you will be sorely missed

Decent ish company , but to not refund shipping fee and to expect shipping to be covered if you return is a bit crazy - means you lose out on like £13 if you want to return an item- there are other places out that do FOC returns in this day and age , so might be worth shopping about

Purchased a Vivienne Westwood bag on Sunday evening. Monday morning had confirmation it had been dispatched. It was delivered Tuesday morning. Excellent communication. The bag was packaged so well. Great service, excellent price and a brilliant service. Would recommend. Thank you I’m over the moon with my bag.
