I ordered 2 Retro Kid Original games, now stuck with a used one!

I ordered 2 Retro Kid Original games consoles for Christmas gifts and one of them clearly was a return. The tab that you are supposed to pull out after you get if was pulled out and laying on the bottom of the box. When I tried to get them to send me another one they said they checked with the warehouse and it was not a refurbished or returned game. I am stuck with a returned item that I am not sure I can even give for a gift. Don't know if it works or why it was returned. They offered a 10% back for it! On almost 100 bucks?! Really?! And a Christmas gift that we'll see if it works. I asked to return it but they said there wasn't anything wrong with it so I pay return postage to CHINA!! I thought I was dealing with an American company! I would have NEVER bought $200 worth of stuff otherwise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Total freaking rip off!!
