Brilliant customer service

Karl @ Retro32 was awesome

Karl @ Retro32 was awesome. The whole customer service was amazing. I ordered the wrong item, completely my fault, but Karl was so professional and helpful and resolved the issue promptly. I have bought from these guys before and the product and customer service is exemplary. Highly recommend and theyll be getting more of my business again without question. Thanks again Karl.

Good and fast order fulfilment

After a query about the order, it was dispatched very quickly. Although the shipment was sent internationally, it arrived very quickly. The quality fully met my expectations.
