Servicebureau voor scammers

Ik ben hier terecht gekomen via een klacht over Solmani Watches. Tijdens een garantiemelding bij Solmani die absoluut verschrikkelijk is afgehandeld, is de mailconversatie gewisseld naar bollie.co. Deze website linkt weer door naar retourverwerken.nl

Via deze vage groep van bedrijven biedt eigenaar Ruben de mogelijkheid om de klantenservice van je bedrijf uit te besteden. Het nadeel hieraan is dat Ruben in zijn mails volledige transparantie mist en de klant dus niet helpt. In geen enkele mail ben ik gerust gesteld.

Daarnaast is Solmani Watches een absoluute oplichter waar Ruben / bollie.co / retourverwerking.nl dus ongegeneerd het service-front van op zich neemt. Trap er niet in.

Er loopt een melding bij de FraudeHelpdesk, en zolang ik niet zwart op wit bevestigd krijg dat Ruben / bollie.co / retourverwerking.nl afstand doet van zaken met Solmani, gaan deze bedrijven mee in de Fraudemelding.
