I did not get my item. I did not get my refund. I was told there was an issue after following up for 3 times.
I opted to cancel and they told me I will get refund in few days but it has been a month and still with no refund.

I wasn't going to review cos there's enough negativity in this world without my input, but you just keep sending emails asking me to review so here we are. The sunnies are horrible. Would literally get a better quality pair of shades in a cereal box giveaway. Tbh I'm sort of impressed you've managed to convince a selection of the population (including myself) that these are of ok quality, your marketing department are doing a great job outside of the fact they're lying through their teeth. My dog ate them on the second day and I wasn't even upset. Apologies for the review but yeah, they're rubbish.

Colors online look very different than the frames I received.

Got these glasses and they were very very cheap. Ended up throwing them away...

It took you ages to respond to my email after sending me the wrong item. You then said that you sent the right item, gave me a tracking number that doesn't exist, and never sent the right item. God awfull service

very deceiving products, long delay for shipping and delivery service is even worst.. not a great experience for.me!

I received the sunglasses with a slight delay, the expected waiting time was 35 days. The product corresponds to description, the lenses are not very opaque for intense sunny days.

Really Dirty Refund and Return Policy - Legally it might not be a scam, but definitely feels like a dirty rip-off.

The founders are certainly having great parties with my money.

Ok, so the quality of the sunglasses was not worth the money in my opinion. I was able to find very similar glasses on AliExpress. It seems they are a dropshipping company, so you're just getting cheap sunnies from China.

When I asked for a refund they were not able to refund me my money, but let me order new pairs of glasses to the amount of the refund.

Not ideal, but a lot better than I had expected. Still waiting on the new glasses, but the first batch came within a month or so.

These guys drop ship super cheap glasses from China. You can literally go on AliExpress and buy the SAME EXACT PAIRS for less than 5 euros. I'm not even kidding, just ordered some.
You can check Retoro's T&C's - they say "we ship directly from our partner" which means they just market cheap AliExpress stuff as their own brand. They also don't provide the company's legal name anywhere on their website. Don't buy into this - do your research. Any brand that offers consistent "50% off sale on everything" is doing this.

So disappointed with the quality of this product, it’s marketed as a high end pair sunglasses and they Are clearly cheap plastic knock offs ordered from far away abroad. The delivery says <5 days and they arrived after nearly 3 weeks, such a joke. The only redeeming factor is that the box is nice, as I say good marketing.

The shipping was long, and then the delivery service that was used was very lazy.

Aside from that great glasses, look super stylish. Love how they look, how they look on me. The style and shape are awesome. Wish they were a bit more robust since I used them for motorcycle riding.

I was super excited for the new sunglasses, but was a little disappointed by the quality - minor flaws on the arms for both frames. Overall the designs are stylish and the shipping time was decent.

I bought these for a recent holiday and they looked great with everything!

Sunglasses are very cheaply made and extremely overpriced. I was so shocked when I got the sunglasses and they were flimsy and so light. I doubt that they actually provide any UV protection. Not worth the money.

Parcel has not been delivered, customer service mail is being ignored. Whack.
