Dopo qualche giorno mi rispondono che la merce è esaurita e che verrà inviata entro la settimana….. ad oggi ancora nessuna comunicazione
Ho sollecitato più volte di voler ricevere il rimborso ma tutto tace
Spero non sia una truffa , altrimenti dovrò procedere con denuncia
Ho effettuato un acquisto consistente con carta di credito, aspettandomi di ricevere la merce entro 72 ore come indicato sul sito rete-mimetica.it. Il giorno dopo ricevo una email con comunicazione che la merce risulta esaurita (dopo il pagamento) e che verrà inviata previo riassortimento. Scrivo subito chiedendo l'annullamento dell'ordine. Non ricevo risposta. Riscrivo a distanza di qualche giorno, ancora silenzio. La merce arriva 20 giorni dopo (a me occorreva entro 1 settimana dall'ordine). Nel frattempo ordino la stessa merce su altro sito. Ho chiesto il rimborso ma mi è stato risposto che trattandosi di azienda non è previsto il reso. Trovo il comportamento molto scorretto. Non do zero stelle perchè non è possibile. La modalità di comunicazione è solo tramite mail, nessun telefono. Per fortuna che sono i primi in Italia.....
