Don’t order. No idea where my retainer is and the website isn’t working to enquire. Complete scam/going under? Who knows but AVOID

Retainers2u.co.uk turned out to be a scam. The mould materials they sent hardened before I could even use them, and when I contacted them for a replacement, they never replied. Please avoid this company, it’s a complete rip-off. I wish I had checked the reviews first.

Would give no star if I could. Ordered the kit. It’s tricky to use as you need to mix the pastes together and they harden very quickly - in our case, before my son could put it in his mouth. Emailed them three times to order replacement paste but they never answered. Their site stated they had issues with their emails which were now resolved. Emailed again, no answer. Complete utter waste of money. I have used Biite in the past and there is none of that mixing paste nonesense and the service is amazing. More expensive but actually provide the service you pay for whereas retainers2u sound like a shoddy company. Basically, I feel totally ripped off.

Pathetic. I received two small bags of paste that needed to be mixed together. Within seconds, the final product became too hard to use. They do warn this may happen but they don’t tell you it’s that quick.
I emailed twice to ask for replacement paste. No answer. Their website says they have problems with emails which are ‘now resolved’ but still no answer. Their problem is plain to see. They just don’t have customer service.
Absolutely useless…

The retainer never turned up. Never got any kind of courier email and they wont respond to my emails.

I have tried to contact them but no reply. I can't find a phone number to speak to someone. Such a same as the first time I used them they were fab. This time very disappointed.

There is no customer service. Emails are just ignored. What a waste of money.

I am still waiting on an order from the start of July to be delivered. I ordered both top and bottom impressions and unfortunately messed up one set, but as there was only 2 sets of putty I was stuck. I spent 3 weeks sending online messages to request additional putty, before adding this as a note and returning anyway. I paid to return myself as the included ‘free delivery note’ only had 4 days to return it.

After 2/3 days, I received an email stating they had received my impressions and would dispatch within the next few days. 10 days later, I was sent an email stating they had been posted. I am still waiting 2 weeks later.

Communication is non-existent. Avoid this company!

After 4 weeks my impression kit arrived. After sending impressions back, only part of my order arrived a month later. When i got in contact they initially responded quickly apologising and saying they will get my missing order made immediately. That was pretty much the last comms. After multiple emails and messages i eventually got a response saying; was my address correct ( yes they had already used it for the impressions) and the issue may be that my intial impressions have been damaged and i might need to do new ones. I informed them i was happy to do new impressions if required. Since then nothing. No communications, nothing. I have now demanded a refund on missing order and still heard nothing.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. They take your money and run.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend

I placed an order based on a trusted recommendation, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from positive. Despite sending multiple messages to inquire about the status of my order, I have yet to receive the moulds I paid for. Communication is extremely poor—messages disappear without a trace, leaving no record of correspondence.

Today, I requested a refund, but I’m not confident I’ll receive it. I had to take a screenshot of my refund request just to have proof for my bank. There’s no telephone number, no email address, and I couldn’t find a company registration on Companies House. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning.

It seems to be a matter of luck whether you actually receive your product. I’ll be returning to my dentist instead. I will not be recommending this company.

I would not use this company. I received the mould kit and returned my impressions but then heard nothing, despite messaging them numerous times. In the end I made a Visa transaction claim through my bank and successfully received my money back. I would recommend doing this if you have not received your retainers.

Watch out for these scanners, I made an order and they sent me impressions with literally instructions that were printed so poorly it was impossible to read. I reached out to them asking for help and they’ve completely ignored my emails which is the only to contact them. I sent back the impressions via recorded delivery, and two months on they sent me retainers not even fit for a teething baby. Be ware of these scanners, they’ll take your money and in the end you’ll end up with absolutely nothing. Appalling customer service!

DO Not ORDER!
I ordered retainers and only emailed I got was that payment made order received. Since then nothing I emailed several times, no response at all. Now I requested a refund.

This company should be reported as fraudulent since this basically counts as scam.

Unable to get hold of support - no contact - no replies - no business owner - no number.

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing. Genuinely shocked with the service. I’ve spent so much time chasing my order with nearly zero response. I’ve sent my dental mould which was a big mistake looking at some of the other reviews here. I’ll be claiming my money back (or try to) if I don’t hear back tomorrow.

I have today received my retainer with my impressions. I didn’t expect them so am pleasantly surprised. I’ve updated to 3 star from 1. I do maybe think the fact Klarna stopped the payments may have pushed them to get the order done. Due to that & issue with communication I wouldn’t recommend personally which is a shame as the product is good.

Claimed they ‘shipped’ my retainer 3 and a half weeks ago; yet still nothing to show for it. I sent my dentist made moulds to them which I now won’t get back. No response when attempting to contact them through their website form. I now have no way of getting my money or my mould back.

Would give 0 if I could they sent me one tray which is far to big I've emailed them so many times with no response at all the lable has now run out of date so can't send back so basically took my money with no way of getting it back they are a fraud DO NOT USE!

After years of wearing braces, I didn't want my teeth to move again. Retainers2u gave me the perfect new retainer. The whole process was easy, and I felt sure about everything. My new retainer fits well and keeps my teeth straight. Totally worth it!

I had a couple of questions before ordering from Retainers2u, and their customer service was friendly and helpful. They answered all my queries relatively quickly When my retainers arrived, I was even more impressed. The quality is fantastic, and they feel very comfortable. Happy customer!
