Super amazing service. I cannot describe perfectly enough how fast and effective the staff were to help me with my loan. All my questions were answered in depth without misleading information. Staff was also very kind and patient with even tedious questions.

I’m not recommend this bank. They don’t comply with the terms of the contract, the money should have been transferred to the bank account within 3 work days. It's been a week and I still haven't received the money. Communication is bad, doesn’t try to solve the problem. They don’t respond to e-mail because I want to cancel the contract. We feel cheated.

It was really simple to get a loan via resurs Denmark.

Overall a really bad experience.

First of all terrible website. It's really difficult to move around on the website and figure out where to go, and what to do. (Even one of their employees agreed with me on this)

Litterly no customer service, when it comes to an established loan.

Dont establish loans with this company.

Horrible service - signed up for a 0% interest loan, and ended up paying 21% for the first month, then had to pay a penalty-fee for them having to move us over to the original plan that we signed up for in the first place. Would NEVER take a loan here again. Could not recommend this to anyone.

I have a really bad experience with Resurs Bank. I had an Upgrade loan agreement with Resurs for my phone purchased from Elgiganten. I have experienced a terrible customer support through those two years of the loan. It caused me a lot of nerve. Whenever I would reach out to them, I would have to wait for their reply for a long time (about a week or so). If I called them, the phone agreements would not be reflected in my account. Every time I would be talking to a different person on my e-mail communication, thus - no consistency. Their replies were also very poor and not focused on helping me understand my case, let alone change it. When asked for manager's help, the employee told me "Unfortunately it's not always ideal when a manager steps in as they're not as comfortable with handling accounts, I can see the change was made, but not the way which is needed for this account." They would often disappear from e-mail communication and I would be left hanging there with no response, even after three follow-up e-mails. Overall, really bad experience.

I would definitely not recommend trusting them with any important matters of your finances (small ones either).

Manipulative, Unfair, Threatening and very bad Leagal establishment of collection by connectioninkasso.dk

I am shocked such a Legal entity is in Denmark. I have the payment plan about RENEW it with resursbank. When we bought a phone, The Guy in Elgiganten made PBS and mentioned payment will be deducted automatically. We never denied about the payment or never ever declined the payment.... Not got any physical letter from them... They send to this inkasso, who treat badly want to grab on fees and make a false statement.

They threat people, do whatever they can do to make you pay and harass people... to get the own fees from client... They will try to do whatever they can .... It fraud mix with their clients and i really doubt that resursbank is involved with them.

Resursbank and collection trap the people and make money together...
