The movers arrived on time, were neatly dressed, polite, and efficient. They were knowledgeable about which items were donatable, and which items (such as an old mattress) needed to go to the dump.... See more

Unreliable, Untrustworthy, Price-Gouging Hucksters
As other reviewers have also noted, Re:Supply’s business model seems to be based on providing the customer with one price and then bullying them into paying a significantly higher price when they show up to do the work. In my case, I had an agreement with :
Re:Supply to pick up and donate two near-new pieces of furniture to a local charity. Re:Supply sub-contracted the work to a trucker who ended up doing LESS work but tried to shaft me by INCREASING the quoted price by more than 75%.
Subsequently, Re:Supply tried to charge the unauthorized and increased price to my credit card although they were notified that I disagreed with the charge. Customer Service only waste time and are unprofessional in their pro-forma responses that are unrelated to the details of the job.
Avoid this disingenuous and deceptive business. They will try to charge you a multiple of the quote you will be given initially.
I would not trust Re:Supply to do any work ever again. They seem unaware of the concepts of honesty or respect for their customers. Avoid this terrible business.

Amazing app
thank you very much
Deceiving
Are they doing on the side is mentioned how you can donate and they will pick up you try to look to see what’s the catch sounds too good to be true and you can’t find it on the site until you waste your time filling out all the information and then they hit you with a charge. Really what a waste of time.

Company is a scam to charge for hauling
This company says they are going to donate your furniture. But the people came in and without hesitation started demoing perfectly good cabinets. Then they charged me for hauling the trash and then charged me per flight of stairs!
This is a company acting like a non profit but is really charging you for hauling. They tell you right before they do it that all your stuff is junk and then charge you a junk fee and then a hauling feel and each flight of stairs after they demo your furniture?
What a scam business! STAY AWAY

Wonderful pickup crew / flawed booking process
I was very impressed with the crew that came to pick up my sofa- they were very efficient and friendly! However, I was left very disappointed in Goodwill's handling of my donation pickup request. My initial pickup request time of the morning of May 26th was confirmed by Goodwill via email. I drove 30+ miles (60 miles roundtrip) on May 26th (a workday) to my rental unit that I was no longer living in to meet the crew, only to be notified by Goodwill late morning on May 26th that Goodwill was unable to secure a crew for my pickup and would need to reschedule! I worked with Goodwill to reschedule the pickup time to May 27th. At that point, however, the $10 reservation fee I had paid seemed unfair, as did the $100+ I had paid for the pickup of my couch.

ReSupply is an absolute RIP-OFF
ReSupply is an absolute RIP-OFF. Save your money and avoid this company.
I found ReSupply through Goodwill of Broward when I needed to donate furniture. We donated about 10 items and were given an estimate of $447.12. The final bill? $578.72.
The problem is that the "estimate" doesn't seem to mean much. Once the pickup is underway, you're essentially stuck. Halfway through the move, I was told I could be charged even more if Habitat for Humanity didn't accept all of the items or didn't have room for them. At that point, what are you supposed to do, tell the movers to put everything back?
To add insult to injury, I later found out Habitat for Humanity would have picked up most of my donation for free. Had I known that, I never would have wasted my money on ReSupply.
Do yourself a favor and call local charities directly before using this service. My experience was expensive, frustrating and left me feeling completely misled

Very helpful and efficient!
Resupply were really helpful to me in taking care of excess furniture that I no longer needed but was unable to sell. Their staff were very easy to work with and efficient.
Great team
Great team: easy to work with, handled items carefully, in order to not scratch my walls or floors.
WHAT A JOKE!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE!
This is my second time TRYING to use them. Decided to give them a second chance as in ‘24 they randomly cancelled the pick up within the timeframe they were supposed to show up! Today, the driver calls an hour AFTER the pick up window closed to say he couldn’t do it today! Have been back and forth with dispatch asking for another pick up TODAY OR TOMORROW!!!
My furniture is moved all over the house IN ORDER FOR THEM TO CARRY HEAVY LIVING ROOM FURNISHINGS OUT THE FRONT DOOR! I have a special needs son who is freaking out because everything is in disarray. We can’t wait another week. This is my ONE day off work and I spend it waiting all damn day for a pickup that never showed! HAPPY F’ING FOURTH TO ME!!! DONE!!!

Do not recommend
Scheduled a donation pickup through Resupply and ran into a confusing pricing structure. On top of a base cost, there’s a fuel fee and recycling fees charged in $10 increments, with no clarity upfront on how many increments might apply — you don’t find out your actual total cost until the contracted driver arrives at your door. When I decided to cancel after learning this, I couldn’t get my booking fee refunded despite trying. When you’re trying to do good by donating, it shouldn’t end up costing questionable amounts instead. I’d recommend Resupply be upfront about full pricing before booking, and that cancellation fees be waived when lack of transparency is the reason for canceling

Excellent service and professional staff
Amazing service
Amazing service! Tyler and his associate were very professional and everything went great. I highly recommend.
No show’d & Never Called Back
ReSupply was confirmed to come today from 8AM - noon. My husband and I took off to oversee that the many furniture items of my late father’s were picked up and hauled away for the price of $450. Noon came and went without notification that a driver was assigned so I called, texted, and emailed. I called again and was transferred to a support specialist named Roberto Esqueviel. Roberto informed me that the driver in my area didn’t have time for my pickup, however, I was never notified. I told Roberto that my husband and I took the day off for this project and needed these items picked up by end of day. He said he would contact the driver to see if he could fit us in this afternoon. Roberto then called and emailed back later that the driver “might” be able to do it tomorrow. Might? What if I take another day off, and they can’t? Should I take the whole week off? This is already costing me $450, now my PTO, too? I work in healthcare, I can’t work from home. I made a reservation, I paid a deposit, and I had a confirmation. Why is this happening? Is this a scam? I’m going with another company, AND I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Book elsewhere!

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE. ghosted me 3 times. they will not show up. I'm still convinced these other reviews are all bots. They are a fake moving company. Its uber. They will not show up. They will be late. They will not get back to you when you have problems for 10 hours. if you're lucky. And when it's all said and done and you're out a ton of money because you had to hire a new moving company. They will tell you, dam that's unfortunate.
WORST MOVING COMPANY
WORST MOVING COMPANY. DO NOT USE. they will forget about you. they will show up late or not at all and not tell you til 9pm and then make you foot the bill. DO NOT USE. use a real company. THIS IS UBER.
Responding to these titans of industries AI-generated response:
Interesting how you completely left the time period of your responses out so I will help you. The first day it was canceled I did not receive contact from the movers for multiple hours the first day. They made me wait a additonal 6 hours that day because someone new was coming. They said. No one came. They scheduled a new pickup the next day. I waited the entire day trying to get in contact with you for you to call me at 5pm saying “I don’t think they are coming, but wait less than an hour and a supervisor will call you, I promise”. And then later at 8:30, 3 hours later, the supervisor called. Over the course of 2 days I sat for 15 hours trying to get in contact. I called the company all day, left multiple messages. Emailed everyone.
There is no help line. If the workers seem stressed they will just push your file to the back of their work simply because they don’t want to do anything difficult. After all of this. They asked if they could reschedule the pickup to be 5 days after the original pickup date that I paid for.
You quite literally did not work to find me another pickup. You GHOSTED me. 15 hours through the day of Friday and Saturday I sat in my place waiting because I was told someone was on the way. Timestamps are all there.
The drivers will inform the company that they cannot come. But the company will not inform you they are not coming because they want your business. They will leave you in the dark and make you foot the bill when they fall short. And finally when all their drivers are asleep they will call u and say. “I don’t want to leave you in the dark, no one is coming today” yeah no kidding it’s 8:30-9:00pm Saturday night.
Saying that you tried to find me another driver is the biggest line of shit I have ever heard because no one contacted me ever. Also including that It didnt fit with my timeframe? Yeah no shit, when people schedule a move date where they are moving stuff from their place, why would I have a buffer of 5 days? Saying that is implying that it’s partially on me because I was not open.
Insane
If you want an accurate representation of this. They took weeks to respond to this review. They will take weeks to respond to you as well.
It’s a middleman company. Nothing else. Go with real movers located in your city. Not this Uber service.

They were kind and quick
They were kind and quick. I appreciated their hard work. I didn’t know I couldn’t donate mattresses but they still took the mattresses with a small removal fee. I appreciated it instead of being stuck with a mattress
CANCELLED PICKUP AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME
We booked an appointment in advance and received a confirmation email stating they would contact us prior to pickup and confirm the time. On the early morning of the pickup we had not gotten any updates so I reached out via text, as there was no number with a live person to call. I finally received a response at 10:30 a.m. (pickup was for noon) stating that there were "truck issues" and we needed to reschedule. There was no way for us to reschedule at this point. I reached out asking for a call and got a text message back blaming the CHARITY for the mixup and that I needed to call them. To me this means they never booked it to begin with and were trying to pass the blame. This is so unprofessional and such a horrible way to do business. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
