I had been getting stonewalled in applying for jobs. Even those I was immensely qualified for. I assumed, and rightly so, my resume was not up to par. Ericka did a fantastic job. I was skeptical due to my field (Space Industry) that the experience nuances may be difficult to convey. Ericka had a clear technical understanding of what my experience entailed. In fact, I only required a couple of very small edits on the first draft. But, the results speak for themselves. the person assigned to write my resume is writing part time. she had very limited times to schedule the phone call, only allowed one for 30 minutes. she ghosted me right after she gave the first draft, which was immediate--within the first week. after a week and a half of nothing, and me writing emails each day, she did finally provide the Word version, corrected email address at the top, and gave me a Word document for instructions to set up LinkedIn profile. Did not make any changes I asked her to make. You get what you pay for, so don't bother with ResumeZest. Unless you're fortunate enough to get someone other than Jess

Jessica was a professional throughout the process. She thoroughly addressed the feedback that I gave her and worked to craft a resume that represents me. We went through a fair amount of iterations but she made sure I was happy with the end result.

Pro tip:
Open a google doc with your resume and communicate with your writer via comments. This helped tremendously.

If I only knew what a Resume Writer can do to make your resume more interesting that will have a solid information about your Job Experience, I should have done it a long time ago.
