This company is a trickster.
What appeared to be a simple one-time resume service for a couple of dollars turned into unauthorized recurring subscription charges of nearly $24/month. The subscription and auto-renewal process was not made clear in any meaningful way during checkout, and the entire setup feels intentionally designed to catch people off guard.
This company seems to target people searching for jobs — people who are often already stressed financially — and then quietly rolls them into recurring charges after offering a low-cost “trial.”
Consumers should read every single line carefully before giving this company payment information. In my opinion, the business practices here are misleading, predatory, and designed around confusion rather than transparency.
They do respond to each complaint but it would be better if they can stop their innapreopriate tactics.

This website was easy to use and transparent with their policies. The resume and matching cover letter turned out beautiful and was well worth the small fee I paid. The AI prompts were easy to use and walk you right through the process that results in a resume that looks clean and professional but also stands out and better reflects me. Amazing professional Resume!
In all my years finding work I have never needed a resume till this year. Seems all company's find it easier to read a resume first before interviewing a person. I had no idea how to write an resume, so looked online and found RESUME NOW. it was amazing how fast and professional they were at delivering a resume for downloading to my computer. Some reviews mention it was difficult to cancel 14 day trial purchase. I plan on canceling and if I need to try another resume will do the 14 day again if needed. Will update about cancelation at later date. Overall I'm very pleased with RESUME NOW!
