Rest In Pieces is a great place to buy a beautiful jigsaw. There is something for everyone, AND I intend to frame my next one, which is a double Christian Lacroix design. This is my go-to company for jigsaws. They are super efficient and beautifully boxed.

I recieved a totally different item to the 1000 piece Mona Lisa jigsaw i ordered.To make matters worse no one is reponding to my emails or whatsapp messages.Typically thete is no phone number to contact.

I had never come across Rest in Pieces until I was searching for a puzzle frame. Their prices were great, and the quality of the frames are great too. I’ve had two frames from them and love being able to keep my favourite puzzles and display them. Their customer service team is brilliant, quick to respond and helpful when I made a mistake on my order. I recommend Rest in Pieces all the time when I show people my frames puzzles. Great value and great products!

Gorgeous puzzles, beautiful pictures, challenging but that’s ok.
I made a mistake with my latest order. Emailed customer services, they sorted it immediately and I received my order in a couple of days. Exemplary service.

I got a personalised jigsaw puzzle and it arrived in good time and is one of the best quality puzzles I’ve ever done. I can tell their graphics team took the time to enhance the image I submitted to them. Really happy with my purchase overall :)

Timing matters for Christmas presents and this lot misled me. It's the 29th December and I'm still waiting - the current tracking info suggests I may not get this until 6th January 2026.
I will not use them again.

I echo other reviews. Jigsaw has failed to arrived within the promised time and all communication is being blanked. I, like others, have found the same jigsaw on Amazon at a much lower price too. I would forgive them the extra money if there was anything like responsive customer service. As it is, I have requested a refund and still no response. I would advise to buy elsewhere.

The best place to buy your jigsaws from. Delivered very quickly, all the more so as it was a last minute Christmas gift.
It arrived beautifully wrapped, a delight to find somewhere will to take the time and trouble. So much nicer than another huge box from that massive online seller.

Delivery was quick and everything arrived in good condition.I have recently got another one recently for a gift which went down nicely especially with the branded packaging. Would definitely order from Rest In Pieces again.

I should have read reviews before ordering with this company. Had to chase after a week of receiving zero communication, then suddenly a despatch notification came through with dpd tracking number. Kept checking with the courier for tracking and number never recognised. Chased again with supplier who said it can take 10 working days as per the product description. This is wrong, their website says 10 days, not 'working' days. Even with working days they exceeded this. However the main problem is that this company doesn't actually supply the product themselves. My delivery arrived from Amazon!! Dpd tracking is fake!! They simply drop ship from Amazon with a nice looking website to draws you in. The product supplied by Amazon! Worse still it's less than half the price if you buy direct with amazon.
Do yourself a favour, find the jigsaw you like then go over to Amazon and spend 5 minutes looking for it. You'll save lots of money and get a reliable service with quick delivery!

Puzzles were delivered quickly and they are of good quality. I will be ordering more from the seller.

Original order went missing. It was for a birthday present. Support team responded quickly and despatched a replacement, which arrived on time.

Bought two puzzles. The Monopoly one had three missing pieces (in a row) for which I did eventually receive a refund, but only after a second email to them threatening a poor review if they didn’t get back to me after already emailing them once with the issue. The Zodiac puzzle was ok, but poorly made with pieces not staying together well at all. Both delivered by Amazon (?) and more expensive than from other sources, I’ve since discovered. Disappointing and wouldn’t buy from again.

I have had a really great customer service experience with RIP- unfortunately I have to return some puzzles I purchased and they could not have been more supportive and helpful. When I can, I will definitely reorder these beautiful jigsaws (from the Fine Art collection) from RIP. Thanks Nicole and Lucy!

Utter con. Paid for jigsaw and never received this. Found same jigsaw on Amazon for half the price. I've requested refund at least six times but had no reply. How can Rest in Pieces get away with such downright theft? Jennifer Day

You responded quickly to my problem and reacted far better than most companies, who in my experience either don't respond at all or try to blame the issue on me.

There was a piece missing, I had barely begun the puzzle. I reported this and within a couple of days was told I could have either a refund or a new puzzle, I chose the latter, was given a choice and it arrived yesterday, free of charge. Thank you!

Just got a puzzle from Rest in Pieces and I’m loving it! Fast delivery, and the quality is spot on. Pieces fit together so nicely, and the design somehow looks even better in person!!.. Definitely going to be ordering from them again soon. Highly recommend if you’re into jigsaws!

Rest In Pieces quality is the most reliable and consistent. RIP has a mid to upper tier in pricing for me and glad I can afford them. Their puzzle pieces are rigid like chips and fit together quite snappily. The prints are always clear. Honestly that’s all I want, and not every manufacturer can get these basics right.

I have bought several as gifts over the years for jigsaw loving friends and relatives as they do some really interesting and challenging Art works and designs. There is a good selection of Art works to choose from and they update.
They deliver quickly and I presumed the jigsaws were of good quality. I dont do jigsaws myself. I am an artist and that keeps me busy enough.
I was very disappointed recently that
that the recipient of one of their jigsaws, despite thoroughly enjoying the challenge, couldn't complete the jigsaw because there was one piece missing! This friend is super careful and would not have misplaced a piece.
I contacted Rest in pieces and received no personal response whatsoever. It could have been a while after the initial purchase. People get round to doing the puzzles in their own time.
I can only presume they either havent time for customer care or didnt think it was a problem for someone to spend hours working to solve a puzzle that was incomplete. As the giver of this gift I felt so upset for my friend. She had been posting her progress on a Whatsapp group otherwise I may never have known that I had given an imperfect gift.
Yes mistakes can happen, but I was very surprised that someone from Rest in Pieces didnt have time to drop a short email to acknowledge this.
There is nothing quite as useless as an incomplete puzzle.You wouldnt pass it on to anyone else to do after you. I did send photographic proof.
I wrote again shortly after submitting this review.I was quickly contacted by Rest in Pieces saying they never received my email.
After some exchange of emails they have quickly offered me 20% discount on the next purchase.
