Need apart they had it on line. So to be sure i called. Was told it was limited supply. So I tried to order it by phone. Told the guy I didn't want to find out the next day that the part was not available. He told me I need to place the order on line. As soon as I hung up I placed the order. Next day they sent email not available. Wasted my time and put the repair 1 day further behind. worthless
I placed an order for 3 items--2 of the items needed to be shipped frozen and 1 item needed refrigeration. They require that you ship using next day air, which is very expensive but truly the only way to safely order stuff that needs freezing/refrigeration.
All 3 of the items I ordered are vegan, so they have a great selection of vegan u-bake pastries (the maple croissants are out of this world). The violife vegan heavy whipping cream is the best sub for whip cream I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, they had to cancel that part of the order because they can't get the product due to tariff issues.
The other 2 products were delivered within a day of shipping. There could have been a bit more dry ice added to keep the items frozen as one case of croissants had begun to thaw.
Anyhow, I would definitely order from them again. While the shipping is high, it is the same all across the industry if you need to ship to the middle of nowhere. I'm guessing the shipping would be more reasonable if you live in a city or at least near one.
This is definitely a legit business that carries some hard to find items.
