Came here to get a pizza with my 3 year old after swimming many hours. It was getting late, my daughter needed to eat something and there were no other places nearby. I ordered a pizza that had curry in it and asked them to leave it out so my daughter could eat it. When ordering I mentioned this 3 times. Then we waited about 50 minutes standing there as Wolt and Foodora deliveries kept leaving at the same time. My daughter was starting to get cranky for being so hungry and waiting so long.
Finally, when we got the pizza I immediately noticed it had curry all over it. I very kindly told them that my daughter will not eat it if there is curry in it and also said I had told them this when ordering. No one apologized or was even trying to be polite, only angrily asking what do I want now. The guy at cash machine then told this one of the guys making the pizzas, the biggest guy, then I heard him swear angrily in foreign language, one could not be mistaken about the tone of voice. The cashier said they will make a new pizza, again no apologies.
I waited another 15 minutes to get the pizza. Now there was no curry, but on sides there were strange round areas that my common sense says someone has spit on the pizza. My daughter had already fallen asleep, without eating anything.
This is the service you get when all you try is politely order a pizza for your 3-year-old child to eat. Can customer service get any more heartless?
