Reliable, tidy, quick and professional service 👍

Very good service , had a leaking toilet I rang in the morning and was fixed on the same day .

Absolutely great service.

Used Response Plumbing for my extension and they came with an exact and well priced quote.

Talked through everything that needed doing and made recommendations.

Had to make an emergency call out as a builder nicked a water pipe…they came within an hour on a Saturday!

I called at 5pm Monday due to a partially blocked toilet issue which I was concerned may deteriorate & had been unable to resolve. I received a call back within 10 minutes from Richard and appointment made for 8am the following day. Very friendly chaps.

Had old shower replaced with a new one and new tiles fitted. Richard and his team have done an excellent job. They have a great team of workers who are friendly and nothing is a problem. Great advice was given on design. Property was respected and kept clean and tidy throughout. Response will be my go to from now on for all plumbing works. Thanks guy's a job well done

Kitchen mixer tap snapped this morning phoned Response Plumbing there within the hour now have a shiny new mixtape. Great response and very pleasant lad. Well done.

An issue is found on the water tap and they come to fix it on the next day morning within half an hour. The whole process is very smooth. Highly recommended

Date for work given and kept for fitting and running new pipe work to radiators. Arrived promptly and carried out the work quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. Cleaned up as they went and left everything as found. Thank you.

Richard came round on the day I phoned. He quickly saw what the problem was and said he would return the next day to do the job. He arrived early the next day and completed the job. There was no mess and he explained what he was doing throughout. He was also friendly and helpful.

Richard and his team have been great in makimg our dream come true! Our previous fitter made a mess with our bathroom project and we were desperate. We were lucky to meet Richard Nd his brilliant team! Richard has coordinate the whole project from scratch and delivered in 10 days . His tiler, fitter and painter are very capable, honest and skillfull . Richard has also sorted out our complex squicky shower tray issue professionaly.He is always present and ready to give you advice when in doubt . Thank you!

Got a text notifying me that Richard was due to arrive shortly. He fitted a whole new kitchen tap assembly and had to renew the overflow assembly. He made sure it was all done properly. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Very good quality work

Very good personalised service. Richard took the time to tailor our bathroom to our specific criteria. The work carried out was of a very high standard, leaving us with a fantastic new bathroom.

I would highly recommend Response plumbing

Within the last week this company quoted almost £3000+vat which was to remove existing bathroom floor tiles, bath side panel, bath screen and replace with new.

However the ask was just to repair a potential, small and slow, leak of water from the bathroom. As part of their inspection for their quote they did not remove the existing bath side panel to expose underneath the bath to help identify any possible cause. Instead some sealant, of perhaps 50cm in length was removed but not replaced or made good. The removed sealant may not have been doing much, but this wasn't mentioned to us.

We fixed this ourselves with a £16 tub of sealant after removing the old sealant and mould. The existing tiles, whilst a few cracks, are just fine. Water can't seep through the very fine crack as there's a thick layer of cement underneath; the bath screen is just perfect and there's no need for any repair or replacement, the only thing quoted that needed doing was the sealant.

After my first review and their reply we received an invoice for £84 for 'labour' to produce their quote (we observed their website saying no fee for a quote, and no fix no fee).

This review, isn't about their workmanship, as we've not experienced that. Its only about their quote and their behaviour and conduct in carrying out their quote. Just because, in our experience we rate this organisation low, doesn't mean your experience would not be more positive.

From the first phone call until the job was finished my experience withResponse Plumbing was all positive. Helpful, friendly, polite and very professional and most importantly tidy and clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had Richard and the team round to change the soil stack system and run waste pipes for a new downstairs toilet. The guys were quick and efficient and gave me some advice and guidance on how best to manage the next steps of my bathroom project before coming back to install the toilet, great job would highly recommend them.
