The nose strips are pretty responsive to helping expand intake for the nostrils.

I tried different forms of “mouth-seal” that I need when using my Cpap machine, and settled on Respire. Nothing adhesive is going to come off in the morning without a bit of pain, but Respire is the closest I’ve come - worth a little wince in the morning to make sure that my mouth is sealed all night. Respire does not leave any red marks in the morning, as other brands I tried do.

I have tried a few mouth tapes from Amazon, all ok but the best I’ve tried is Respire. The size is good, the adhesion is also great. It even resticks after a drink of water. I use them every night and along with other sleep tips I sleep better now.

Mouth strips have poor adhesive compared to other cheaper competitors. Unlike the company states that it will still to beards / moustaches I tell you it definitely will not. I have to use bamboo medical tape in order to keep these mouth strips on until they run out. They also make it difficult to unsubscribe from their subscription based business model. I emailed them to cancel my subscription and they emailed me back after 2 days telling me I have to do it myself thru their website. Im computer savvy and they definitely make it a little difficult to navigate your way to cancelling. I hope I don’t get charged again like some people here are claiming.
The mouth strips are also smaller than other competitors. These might be good for women with no facial hair. Not good for men.

Kept charging me after I cancelled and refused to refund. Dodgy company that makes it difficult / impossible to cancel.

Bad product. Horrible customer service. Scam. I cancelled my subscription and was still charged. When requesting a refund same day before anything shipped, was told that it didn’t qualify for their refund service because I had a previous order so the 30 days doesn’t apply. These guys will find loopholes and screw you over. Run.

Signed me up for subscription with out me requesting it very poor customer service refusing to refund me for an order i did not ask for. i would steer well clear of this company the product is awful and customer service was next level awful please save your money and do not bye from this company luckily i paid by Credit card and will be making an indemnity claim for refund.

I love respire, actually I can't sleep without it. I have been using respire sleep strip's for 7 months and it has improved my sleep greatly. I am a subscriber and you guys are great and deliver promptly, I have only good things to say about this product and I've told heaps of my friends. Thanks

Be very careful. You think you are buying “one month’s supply” to try and then they automatically deduct a payment the following month. Its really not clear on the product page that you are buying an ongoing subscription. I contacted them to cancel immediately after they deducted the payment but they refused to cancel it. Suspect thats their business model. Now progressing claim with Paypal and will refer to consumer affairs.

The sensitive glue used on this tape is a game changer.

Not only did I get a rash from both products I bought (nose and mouth strips). I continued to be charged for a “subscription “ that I didn’t authorise. Be aware of this scam company.

This product really works! The management is extremely helpful and easy to work with resolving my reordering dates issue.

This company is BAD I have asked since November for them to cancel my subscription. It keeps sending me an email asking me if I want to cancel my subscription and that someone will get a hold of me within 24 hours and that they have a high call volume. No one ever gets a hold of me. I’ve requested four times SINCE THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER, the last time was January 4. I didn’t want another month of their product. They sent it out again. I just got a notice THEY’RE SENDING A NEW PACKAGE it’s January 30. It’s unbelievable and every time I’ve sent one of those cancellation messages they senD me the same message. Do I want to cancel someone will get a hold of me within 24 hours. It’s a joke. I want my subscription canceled. I’m calling my credit card company today writing on the package returned to sender, even if I did like their product I would never want to deal with this company again not how they do business not a good practice SCAMMERS

Very sneaky with the subscription. It is very very unclear that with your first purchase you automatically get signed up for a subscription and nowhere in the email does it state the frequency that you have been unknowingly signed up for. I emailed within minutes of receiving the email advising my ‘subscription’ order was being processed but they still would not cancel it. Plenty of other options out there so I’ll give my business to a more honest one.

I’ve been using these sleep mouth strips for a while now and I’m honestly impressed with the difference. Since I started using them, I wake up feeling more refreshed and rested instead of groggy. I’ve also noticed a big reduction in dry mouth and sore throat in the mornings, which I used to get from snoring and mouth breathing at night.

They’re comfortable to wear, stay in place, and are easy to apply and remove. It took a night or two to get used to them, but now they’re part of my regular sleep routine. Overall, a simple product that’s made a real improvement in my sleep quality.

Was unaware I was ‘subscribed’ and received no prior warning of another 6 month shipment of the product. I emailed as soon as the order was sent and asked politely if I could return at my expense for refund as I still had far too many from my previous order. Response was no, too bad so sad. Super disappointing as so may companies to choose from for these products and the customer service is rubbish.
Hope this review helps someone avoid a similar issue by using another product provider.

Not only will they sign you up for a subscription you are not expecting or wanting. You can't cancel it, or rather, you can cancel, but they will still send the strips and charge you for it. Not only that, they say they cannot or will not accept returns or refunds, which in the UK breaks statutory rights. This is not a good company. AVOID

These nose strips keep my mouth moist and helps me breath much more freely through my nose. Have used them for six months now and will continue with them.

The product itself wasn't for me. I felt like I could suffocate and removing the tape pulled the skin off my lips, despite my being gentle. The biggest issue is that they lock you in to a subscription and orders then ship without any prior warning. I find this cynical and exploitative. I have ADHD so forgetting to cancel and thinking I'd already cancelled, has cost me £120. The support team breezily refused to allow me to return the most recent shipment for a refund. You can only get a refund within 30 days of the first order. They also advertise a 5 star customer satisfaction rating on their website saying they're "Rated 4.9/5 from 3223 Reviews" however, the reviews here on Trustpilot suggest otherwise ...
Avoid this company if possible.

The sleep strips are very stretchable and they're so easy to peel off without hurting your skin.
