Very substandard product and deceptive business practices.

Substandard product. The transitions offer virtually none of the advertised customization and almost no control over duration. Crucially, they do not work with RCM or ACES, making them unsuitable for a professional color-managed workflow.
When I raised this with support, they were dismissive. After I posted an honest review on their Instagram, they immediately blocked me to hide the comment from other potential customers. Unprofessional company and deceptive business practices - avoid.
