It took a long long time to get my replenishment stock through my payment subscription. I believe one of my automatic direct payments did not go through a few months ago through because of an IT glitch with ResMed.

Charged after returning machine.
I returned the machine after 1 week, however I was still charged for the second week. I requested a refund from the Brighton office but no follow up was done.
I will not use resimed again

Was not happy with the process at all and service with consultant she was lovely but there was not service beyond her she needed help and wasn’t give this from management. I believe management failed her to be able to give the service required.

I had severe sleep apnoea but I feel great since I started using my new CPAP machine. I took it overseas in January 2023 and had no problems at all. I would recommend a CPAP machine for anyone with sleep apnoea.

I was desperate for a 12v adaptor for my Air Mini. I had been sold the wrong adaptor 😡 We were travelling in our Caravan in country NSW and couldn’t find one anywhere.
I went to the ResMed site and ordered one giving my address as the post office in Bourke.
It arrived on time and they even gave me a follow up phone call to check i had received it.
Thank you ResMed you saved my marriage.
