Resiquote Reviews

Amazing Tool for those who want to understand the cost to build without the hassle and builders. What a great idea!

After spending months trying to obtain an accurate build price from multiple builders across South Australia, with little success, I came across Resiquote. Within minutes, they provided exactly what I needed, with an impressive level of accuracy.

It saved me a huge amount of time and frustration. I wish I had discovered Resiquote sooner! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and accurate building cost estimate before committing to a build.

The detail in the estimate is excellent - the renderings are photo-like, so impressive.

This is so usful to determine a build estimate instead of hoping the price is good from your builder.

I'm so glad i used this.

Cannot believe the amount of detail it gave. I had so much more confidence when I was having conversations with potential Builders and that I was genuinely comparing like for like.

Website was easy to use and gave me some options I hadn’t previously thought of. Would recommend!

Really impressed with the website. It’s clean, easy to navigate and packed with useful information that is presented in a clear and straightforward way. Finding what you need is quick and simple, and the overall experience is excellent. Well designed and very user-friendly.

ResiQuote was extremely helpful towards my partner and I; we have previously visited some builders without the education on what our build may actually cost us. ResiQuote has allowed us to continue our lookout for a good quality builder with confidence in the process and the actual costs involved for the build we are after. I would highly recommend.

ResiQuote was helpful to understand where the building market was at to help us decide what to build on our block. It gave us guidance to know where pricing is at and a full break down of costings. This helped us through the tender process to be more educated when interviewing builders. Highly recommend!

This is so valuable - the infomation you receive for the price when dealing with builders is great.
My friend recommended me to use it - so grateful she did.

What a great tool to give me information about how much a new build costs in Australia, before even going to a builder. This has already saved us time and money. To be able to see our family home before it’s even built, gives us confidence and now we can go to the builder. Highly recommend.
