We booked our carhire through you with ClickRent. They are criminals who make false damage accusations against yours and their customers. You are complicate in this criminal activity by advertising them.

We had to wait for2 hours to get a car! The rental group you booked us with, acted like they didn’t even have our reservation. Won’t be using your company again.

Easy reservation and great price

Used Skyscanner to search for rental car in US/Philadelphia. ReservAway offered best price. Navigating the website to make the reservation was easy. Prepayment was required, but flexible cancelation policy made it an easy decision to complete booking. No issue with email communication and confirmation. Car pick up was easy as well. Thrifty car rental has merged with Hertz rental car in Philadelphia. That was not stated in reservation, so rental car pick up shuttle was a little confusing. But all was fine

The price was great

The price was great - but the wait to even get to the counter to pick up the rental car was way too long so I paid extra and didn’t even get the car from this rental. I went back to my usual rental car agency and picked up my car and was able to enjoy my time on a short trip rather than wait in a long line.

Smooth Booking Experience & Great Support

The online reservation process did not…

The online reservation process did not allow me to add essential options such as insurance, a child safety seat, or an additional driver.

Because of this, I had to arrange everything at the rental counter, which caused unnecessary stress, delays, and very high extra costs. These options should be clearly available during the booking process to avoid unpleasant surprises at pick-up.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience and needs improvement.

I had a very bad experience for my…

I had a very bad experience for my first time car rental. I have rented a van before and it all went smooth no issues. I was not able to get the car due to not having a credit card and address not checking out ( explained by the advisor at Enterprise Aberdeen airport). I was happy to pay the £500 deposit, but that was not acceptable. Then I was told because thief’s target airport car rentals they would need a credit card.
Next thing is address issue, iv lived at the same address 11 years, the guy didn’t even try to do anything to find out what the issue was, he just told me I wouldn’t be able to get a car from them.
So someone flying in from another country can easy book a car but someone living here gets told due to thefts you can’t rent.
Such a disappointing experience.
I rented a car from Arnold Clark in Aberdeen the same day with no issues , address checked ✅ like it should, so what ever the issue was , it made my experience unpleasant.
Also, not everyone wants a credit card just to rent a car, I am sure the can be alternatives in place.

Confirmation/Voucher received 2days before rental causes uncertainty

First the positive:
-great price and helpful team
Not so good:
-confirmation / voucher received only after contacting the helpline via chat-so I received it 2days before the rental. As the rental was abroad it felt very uncertain
-at the rental station, the requested rental price was over 100Euros higher than named in the voucher-very time consuming discussions at the rental station finally fixed it. Not helpful after 20hours of travelling.

Awful experience with these completely…

Awful experience with these completely ruined my holiday. Was initially impressed with the reasonable price etc to get to the car rental office and all hidden charges and unexpected deposits was being charged to me. After waiting in the Que for 2 hours I had to leave without a car ruining my holiday and leaving me with no transport for my elderly and disabled mum. And also out of pocket with no car

They was not even there!!!!

Booked a car and when we come to the pick up at Dublin's airport, surprise, they were closed!!! Just like that

They close 3 hours before we landed, so respect loss. We hade to take a taxi to the hotel instead.

DO NOT BOOK!

DO NOT BOOK!! Fully paid and did not get a car!!! At the Thriftys (Orlando airport) they ran out of cars for all the customers at 2am and told us they would reimburse our Ubers to and back from our hotels. The next day, again they had NO cars!! Told us to come back the next day again and they really didn’t care how much it interrupted our trip to the theme parks with our young ones. The customer service was AWFUL, what a painfully frustrating experience. We decided to go into the garage and managed to talk to a lady from Hertz who gave us a car right away. Of course, the $150 in Uber rides was not covered, apparently bc we paid for our rental in full they can’t give us money back or cover the days we didn’t have the car. LIARS and CROOKS.
