Read the fine print, must amend reservation within hours of initiating. Got to pay for two days I was not there. No refund after 1 day. Service people out of country and speak poor english at best. Had to repeat myself over and over.

Don’t Be Fooled
Reservation Desk left me feeling defrauded after an honest mistake - Reservation Desk failed to clearly identify itself. Reservation Desk presented itself as an extension of the hotel. Reservation Desk provided no value add. Reservation Desk customer representatives are disingenuous. Reservation Desk exploited my mistake and led to more expense. Reservation Desk has led to a negative experience, and has tainted my perspective of the hotel chain, before my trip has even started.

I have been trying to reach someone for…
I have been trying to reach someone for days. Called was told someone would call me back, no call back, sent 4 emails. We booked Days Inn by Wyndham in Scranton PA through this site, redirected unfortunately and the room we got was bug infested and had mold on the walls and smelled horrendous. Needless to say we did not stay and when we asked the hotel for a refund they said because we booked through a 3rd party we need to go through that platform. While they do have a no refund policy there should be things that are considered such as HEALTH and WELFARE of human beings. We would not have left had the hotel been worthy. I just want to be refunded!
