Great experience

I had a great experience booking my flight through Reservation Club. Marvin Gomes assisted me throughout the entire process on WhatsApp, and his service was outstanding. He was responsive, professional, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their service, especially if you get help from Marvin!

I had a very bad experience with this company. I booked a flight, my card was charged, and I was given a “booking reference number,” but no actual ticket was ever issued.

My flight was scheduled for the next day, and despite the urgency, I never received a valid e-ticket or airline confirmation. When I reviewed the email carefully, it clearly stated that the booking was still “in progress” and not guaranteed until ticketed, which means I never had a real flight.

This is extremely misleading and unacceptable, especially when customers are traveling with limited time. Charging a customer without issuing a confirmed ticket puts people at risk of missing important trips.

I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge and make last-minute travel arrangements on my own.

❌ No real confirmation❌ No e-ticket❌ Poor communication❌ High risk of losing your trip

I strongly recommend booking directly with the airline and avoiding third-party agencies like this one.

Very disappointed

I booked my trip February 26

I booked my trip February 26. I got to the airport and was told that they had canceled my flight and they rebooked me for 7am the next morning. My family and I get there and was told that the representative kept canceling the credit card. Southwest spoke to them and questioned why there was another name filed on the credit card. After missing the flight and booking again, it was finally discovered that I had been scammed. Max and Paul (supervisors) told me that everything was good. The airline wanted me to pay over $2000 for our new flight. Max heard this. I was beyond furious, I was embarrassed, humiliated, and disappointed. My family and I had been in the airport for over 24 hours. There’s absolutely no way I would recommend this booking for anyone. The Attorney General will be called.

Maui's Customer Review for : Hazel

The woman who helped me was named Hazel and she was the most calm, understanding, and patient representative I've ever had the pleasure of conversating with. When I was being stupid and interrupting and not understanding she went out of her way to repeat the same things over and over to help me understand in a respectful voice and tone. She kept a soothing, professional, melodious voice the whole time and made the +40min call seem to fly by. And top of that helped me find a better flight when she didnt have to. I hope she gets the appropriate praise from her higher ups for making the most out of a job im sure is super annoying 🙏. I hope she knows I am extremely grateful for the help.

Don't.

Their customer service sucks. They dont answer phones and dont send your tickets until AFTER the flight. I was lucky that I called Southwest to get my tickets. They also messed up our names.

I unfortunately landed on their website…

I unfortunately landed on their website to make a reservation for a Hampton inn while traveling. A $48.00 service charge was added to my bill. I immediately called to cancel and was informed I cannot cancel. I was billed and I did not use the reservation. I am disputing with my credit card company and will let you know if I get my money back. Obviously this company is horrible and is on the radar for fraud by still able to do business with unsuspecting people .

I have never had such a bad experience These people are horrible and don't believe a word they say. Took my money. No ticket no boarding pass and my flight leaves in about 5 hours. I have to find another flight. Now out $$$ .

Was a little nervous about booking a flight thru this company but it turned out GREAT!! It was great going to FL but they messed up my return flight however did fix the problem for me to return the following day 😊 I am using them again Thanks Bruce 20

SkyScanner landed me on Reservations Club.

Well I was wondering about carry on fees for bags as I fly American exclusively. There was an option for a carry on when it’s free. First red flag. I’ve been trying for weeks to book Dallas tickets Portland Oregon on American. I typically use Google Flights as the calendar shows up with fares. I found a really good deal with dates and flight times on American. I started out with SkyScanner and Reservations Club shows up. I click on my flights and directed to RC site. The fares are what I can typically get once I do a lot of research on Google Flights. The airfare on American is going for $660 nit the $389 for the two of us. Thank goodness for Trust Pilot! I use them for any business I may think of using to avoid scams and headaches. Glad I didn’t go ahead and book without checking here first.

Scammers

They said my flight was confirmed sent me a booking number and everything then the next day sent two emails saying that the flight was booked. My flight is 2 months out. I said no you sent me everything so I want my tickets he said the same flight would be another 75 dollars. I recorded the phone calls. They are scammers. And the good reviews are paid for. I couldn't understand what he was saying. I called three times looking for a supervisor yet only he answered and said no supervisor.

Never received boarding pass

Never received boarding pass, then when I called they wanted more money. Never once did they called me about any changes, called the airlines and they didn’t even have my reservation. This is definitely a scam will never use again , and telling as many people as I can!!!!!

What I thought was a reliable 3rd party…

What I thought was a reliable 3rd party way to purchase airline tickets at a low price was a disaster! Didn’t get tickets til few hours before time to be at airport on way out only to find they were no good. After missing original flight they did issue us tickets that were good to get to California. We had 6 travelers. On flight home we got tickets printed with no issues and then when got to the boarding our tickets were denied. When I called number that I had previously being speaking to the agent on it was no longer in service. When i finally got in touch with agent they said they couldn’t get us any tickets for that day. Ended up having to purchase new tickets from airlines to get home. Agent has said we would get partial refund but I’m not counting on it!! Very disappointing ! Lots of undue stress from whole experience!! would NOT advise using Reservations Club.

Waste of time

Complete waste of time don’t even bother booking with them. I booked a flight to Puerto Rico two and a half weeks in advance and was promised to be sent the e-tickets 20 hours in advance. 20 hours before the flight came and they kept saying I would get it in 3 hours and I would call back every 3 hours with nothing. Then the morning of my flight they said I would get it in 30 minutes only to then tell me that the airline canceled my ticket when they had never purchased my ticket in the first place. Don’t bother booking with them book with the airline directly.

I booked online I was charged company attempted to give me a higher price $300 more.

I booked online I was charged an amount, received email reservation unconfirmed with airline. They requested a call and stated they attempted to call me. They did not call me. When I talked to them they advise price was not available but can give me a price $300 over the price I booked. In my opinion this company entices people with lower prices online which is sketchy to get you to buy at higher price buyer beware. I requested a full refund. They were not able to get me the price I booked online.

Do not use!!

Do not use!!! This was such a stressful experience! And I’m not usually one to write reviews. First they gave me a price higher than what was online. Then, they told me they would send me my tickets 20 hours before, but I received them 4 hours before even after calling them 3 times. Finally, we were just about to board and they cancelled our tickets right before boarding so we missed our flight and had to re-book. Awful, anxiety filled experience I would not recommend!! Will be booking through the airlines from now on, even if it’s more expensive.

Negative zero stars

Negative zero stars. To good to be true. DO NOT USE. Horrible experience bunch of lies. Customer service is in India somewhere, they don't return emails when they answer they are not honest. They overbook then they want to switch days and times. They won't confirm 24 hours in advance. Do not use not worth loosing your vacation plans. The people that had positive experience got lucky it's definitely a gamble. I don't recommend 🤬 it's a scam 😡
