We subscribed by mistake. Luc who came on call was very kind and understanding. He explained more about reservGo and it's terms and conditions. He helped to cancel the subscription and initiated the request for refund on our request. Great service and support team.

Complete scam

I tried to pay for a taxi from southampton to my home and after booking, they said that there were none available so then used a different service. I check my bank to see that they took 50€ out of my account for a subscription i never signed up to. Never got a taxi and still paid 50€. And to make it worse, their service number is french. I’m getting a taxi in England!! Complete joke. Don’t recommend

Missed excursion

We used this company to book a taxi from Altea to Albir. In Albir we had a trip booked with a different company to see the waterfalls.

I booked he taxi through Reserv GO last night and I was sent a confirmation email to confirm the taxi was booked and they would pick us up at 9.08 am.

Unfortunately, the taxi never arrived and we never got to go on our trip- which we had already paid for! Very Dissatisfied.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Whilst on holiday in Spain, I tried to book a restaurant on line and was directed to do so through Reservego. They wanted me to register to book a table, which I did. During the process the site wouldn’t accept my password despite fulfilling the criteria so I gave up. I notified them. They then sent me an email saying they had resolved a software fault and I was now registered.I booked the restaurant through their site with my debit card which said they would debit 1 cent. I thought this was ok because some restaurants like to have your debit/credit card in case of no shows.
As I was no holiday I wasn’t checking my emails regularly. On 6/10/25 I was checking my mail and saw that on 02/10/25 I had been sent an email saying I had 3 free days membership and would then be charged €50 per month. Why would anyone want to pay €50 per month just to book the occasional restaurant?
I noticed that Reservego had deducted 1 cent from my debit card.
I sent Reserve a mail to withdraw my membership immediately. And received a reply the same day cancelling my membership as requested.
On 07/10/25 Reservego deducted €49.99 from my bank without my authority.
I have since sent 4 emails to them requesting they return my €49.99 but have not received a refund nor have I received any reply from Reservego.

I never got a taxi as stated none available then I find they have charged me £43. My bank stopped it but they continued trying to take it

Bad experience

P.S. I must add that they have attentive customer service. I was contacted and they apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that they will improve their communication rules.

Benidorm taxi

I have now made contact and had a full refund, many thanks for your help. Hopefully other holiday makers dont make same mistakes. I found this website when trying to book a taxi in benidorm, on Friday 17th October. Charged me 0.01 which i assumed was just to make sure I was human. Cause said I had to pay driver. After 25 minutes they still hadnt found me a taxi so i cancelled request.I got home yesterday to see I've had 43 pound taken out of my account for a subscription service, which id never use, in England we have uber. Trying to contact to get refund but unfortunately I dont spk french.

Misleading scam

This site is misleading and does not make it clear what they are doing. I was debited £49 three days after trying and failing to book a taxi in benidorm.
The sheer volume of similar reviews on this page saying the same thing (but note they don’t publish these same reviews on their own website…) shows despite what their many protests they are misleading. I’d like to know what action they plan to take to make this more clear.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

They’ll fail to help you with your initial query then charge you £50 3-days later and claim it’s a concierge service.

Trust me this was not mentioned at any point/place when I tried for a taxi.

They rely on operating in the dark and one-upping people.

Do not use them.

Seems like a scam

Very shady company. Thought I was putting in my card details to book a restaurant and then they tried to charge me £42.99 three days later.

Thankfully my bank blocked the payment as it was flagged as suspicious.

Really not clear at all and very shady practices.
