Really professional outfit doing research for a travel company in my case. My first involvement with them was a friendly experience where the researcher took me through screens on a laptop to see how I responded. Payed immediately same day and something I have signed up for to do again.

I really enjoyed taking part in the research project and found all the instructions were very clear. Also all the communications I got from research helper were easy to understand, kept me updated and I was paid very quickly.

I have now taken part in two different research projects; one online and one in person. The online one was very straightforward and the in person one was easy to access, the information provided was good and all of the staff I encountered were very professional and friendly. Will happily take part in more.

The session was well organised, facilitator was very engaging used power points with visual aids throughout as well as ensuring everyone was hear and listened to.
