This is a lead generating company Your information is being sold to Independent LegalShield Associates, who offer you the LegalShield Membership. Which is great, they just dont tell you your issue will not be covered for just 24.95 (unless its a Will) a month and there ARE RETAINERs more then likely for pre-existing legal issues

With all the computers I just do not understand how my connection to a lawyer is complete when you guys don't even check back to see a if a connection was made . My point is with the computers computer finger prints allowing you to see connections made and how the service was given should be your first priority and not a lazy questionnaire at the end you have enough technology and human educators to make this a accountable site so do it or get out of the business plan and simple as that these are inportant issues people are using your service for so use your Brain and structure the customer service reviews and connection​ to lawyer and expected clients in the future

The Lawyer you referred to me over a month ago,I forgot his name & Im glad that I can not recall who he is? Insulted me & treated me very poorly! after I left him a voicemail & text message for legal advice & help? Why did he treat me this way? I have no idea why? & I could really care less @ this point because I finally found legal representation for both of my legal issues! I will never use your legal referral services ever again!

Honestly, not helpful. Im a single mother who lost her job, and need to get my case dealt with for little if any money at all. The lawyer that i spoke to was rude when i mentioned i had no way to come up witb $900. He told me to get a job when i told him i was laid off. I was insulted because i habe spent the last month and a half looking. I was looking for little to no cost from a legal aid service and now my ex will get away with not paying ehay is owed to me because i cannot afgord your attorney. The lawyer was rude and nasty. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE. it was a waste of my time waiting after playing phone tag!!

Only one attorney contact. "We are now pushed into emergency situation". We believed you could help us, but apparently your attorneys are just in it for the money and not to help with legal issues. Dead end.
