Wouldn't accept returns for an error order, took a life time to get receive it and then wouldn't accept it back. Slow response to any email & just generally unhelpful.

Terrible service from David at Reputely Fitness.
Cancelled my order without even having the courtesy to let me know why. I had to email in.
Upon discovering an issue with address, he couldn't even be bothered to help resolve the problem.
David even had the cheek to ask me not to call them, as I was trying to complete the purchase.
This is NOT how you operate a business.
Dave needs to learn how to engage with customers and treat them with courtesy and to resolve any problems.
Cant even answer the phone either.

Fake football shirts
Found Reputely on Google Ads when searching for the Arsenal third kit. Ordered early May and the shirt was delivered two weeks later. The shirt seemed fake so after a little research I emailed Reputely with my suspicions. Initially, Reputely offered a 30% refund for a 'sizing issue'. However, when I responded with a long list of everything wrong with the shirt that suggested it was fake they immediately offered a full refund and haven't asked for the shirt to be returned. Refund received and always a fast response to emails hence the two stars instead of one.
