Not happy at all

I've been a Client since 2019, bough every year, sometimes more than once a year, Always whent fine, orderd, paid, delivered trough UPS in a few days. This time I've ordered print and frame for the first time, normally I had the prints frame locally. Ordered on 19.08.2025, received it only on 17.09.2025. This was for a birthday present on the 5th of September... The order was supossed to be ready to be sent on 29.08.2025 and the transport that I selected on Reprodart website, DHL, indicated 05 working days of cycle. It was only ready and picked up by DHL on 02.09.2025, and was only delivered on 17.09.2025, almost one full month after order. This is not what the service I've paid for, I let Reprodart know this, in 09 orders placed since 2019, this was my first claim and I felt I was due compensation for their delay. They ignore it. So, in my opinion, Reprodart is a good supplier when things go well, when thing go wrong, they don't assume their full reponsability.
