Pessima esperienza - Bad experience

Ho acquistato lo Smart tag per le stampanti XYZ. Ciò che è arrivato non ha mai funzionato. Ho segnalato il problema all'assistenza e non è stata in grado di trovare la soluzione. Ho richiesto il rimborso e non mi è stato riconosciuto. Esperienza pessima che sconsiglio assolutamente. Oltre 60 euro buttati.

I purchased the Smart tag for XYZ printers. What has come has never worked. I have reported the problem to support and they have not been able to find a solution. I requested a refund and it was not recognized. Bad experience which I absolutely do not recommend. Over 60 euros thrown away.
