I love the product and the customer service but I removed one star as there were problems with shipping/delivery - the original order was delayed at customs and the second order didn't ever reach me even though I was notified that they were delivered. However the customer service to resolve the issues was prompt, and professional - they sent me out a third order at no charge with no questions asked.
