Easy to use and massively helpful! Just wish there was better location diagrams and more repair procedures. 2025 GMC Acadia. Spacificly the camshaft position sensor removal and replacement.

The manual I received is incomplete and didn't have the information I needed. It isn't very practical to only have online access to a manual. I couldn't recommend and wish I could get my money back. I ended up buying a complete manual from another supplier.

I purchased the program for my Subaru Ascent. It does give me info. on the codes and what to check to point. For example, it is telling me that after I check the gas cap seating properly to check the two check valves and it tells me where to refer the diagram to but there is no such diagram. Its useless the check valves can be anywhere on the car unless you know what there explaining. Without the pictures or diagrams to explain where on the engine or vehicle you it can be located anywhere. I asked for a refund, because the site claims it is 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can't speak to anyone on the phone its only through leaving a message on the site and I'm waiting on my fourth day and have not gotten either a response of my money back. They did answer in the beginning when I had a problem with being able to get into the site so be careful ?

i got the access to the program. I was first having a difficult time logging on due to the authorization code not being sent which later I found it was and it was fault on my part. I have problems with this service manual i put the OBD code which it does find but after it gives you the steps to follow to repair, but when I try to reference for example the check valve it tells me to check both of them, where? I tried browsing through the section that the manual says for reference and there is no such picture to see. This is not a good technical publication I did find that Factory Manuals is excellent it will give you pictures and tell you how to repair the car and you own the program for life. I have been asking for my money back, since they claim they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and I'm still waiting I'm on my second day.

This was an absolute lifesaver when my truck’s exhaust broke and I was left with melted o2 sensors and the wiring harness to go with it. Once I started to get that fixed it seemed like anything and everything that could go wrong did go wrong…and if it hadn’t been for the advice of others having experienced similar things and seeing it on this website.

The repair manual is horribly put together for the car I’m working on. The engine diagrams are very minimal. The wiring is nothing more than someone with crayons and a ruler. I had to buy a different service for that. The only reason I give it two stars is because their crayon work is better than mine.

Easy to follow wiring diagrams. And easy to follow instructions for mechanical issues.

The blueprints are easy to read and they have instructions all over and good details about when to do whatever may be needed.

This has to be the biggest waste of money on the internet. Useless information with limited procedure information available. The simplest of procedures such as oil change, coolant change, etc. not even mentioned in the couple of manuals I reviewed. Honestly can get much better information online and from youtube.. don't waste your money.

The customer service team was incredible helpful and quickly responded to any questions regarding the product and resolved all issues. For that reason above anything else, I would recommend Repair Surge.

1. I have a Toyota Sienna. I was looking for the 3rd row seat removal procedure and the manual does not appear to have it.
2. The manual does not mention carpet removal and replacement.
3. The maintenance schedule is for US vehicles and is in miles whereas I have a Canadian vehicle. I would like a Canadian manual or an international version.

Overall, it appears that Repair Surge is providing part of the manuals in the official Toyota documentation. It is possible that someone buying the manual would find just what they needed but I did not. I contacted Repair Surge about this and I received a refund for my purchase.
