NEW MANAGEMENT DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN REPLACED HERE!!!

I got my iPhone 13 Pro Max screen changed on the 26th September. My phone has been glitching since, disabling on the lock screen & scrolling without me touching the screen but I haven’t had the chance to get to the shop .. On the 18th October, LESS THAN 30 DAYS I took my phone out my handbag and it’s cracked!!! I didn’t drop it or anything.. Took it back because consumer rights gives me 30 days on faulty items they are point blank refusing to change it. This screen cost £70 and Hasn’t even lasted a month!! I had my phone for 2 years without a scratch.

Rather than a good will gesture and changing it they’re more concerned about money than their costumers. The old management would have changed it because they understood reputation matters. Shops like this don’t belong in Eltham

Super grateful to have found this company. You can make an appointment on line or just pop in. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Can repair your phone or change Screen/battery in no time. Fixed my Water damaged phone within 3 days, works perfectly!

Eltham Branch is a total scam for money!
Bunch of con men! Bought a phone there 2 weeks ago but never used it. We tried to return it only to be told they won't take it back cause the box was opened. The store's employees opened it before us to show it the day they sold it to us. The phone still has the protective plastic film on it and is clearly brand new and unused. When confronted, they also claimed they don't do return after 2 weeks which is nowhere in their T&Cs.
Also, there was a woman in the store accusing them to sell e-cigarettes and vape products to underaged people which is a crime.
Obviously, this store is owned by crooks. Hopefully, they'll soon be out of business.
Avoid at all time!

The phone was still in its box (opened by YOU on the day of the sale) and still covered with all the protective gear and films. The main large opaque protective film was still (and still is) on the phone's screen so how could we have used the phone with this on? This only makes it impossible for someone to even go through the original setup so how could we have used it for 2 weeks? But you wouldn't have known because, from the moment we mentioned a refund, you literally changed your attitude and didn't even look at the phone. You just said the box was opened so you wouldn't take it back. And yes, I did mention that I will leave you the review you deserve because I am a man of my word. So please, don't try to give me lessons about honesty when you clearly have none yourself, not to mention you have no integrity whatsoever.
To finish, I do stand my ground on the fact there was a lady in your store when we walked in giving you a talking to about selling e-cigs/vape products to her underage children and asking you to not do it again and call her would they return to your store. So this is not a false allegation, it is simply the truth. You may choose to ignore it but hopefully karma, if not the metropolitan police, will catch up on you.

I had an important meeting and just smashed my phone just before start my meeting on zoom. Was too much worry about this. Visited repairs4mobile and they just got it fixed in 20 minutes and I able to attend my meeting. The staff is very professional. Even they charged me below from price mentioned on their website.

Scammed by Eltham branch. iPhone 7s battery fail . They replaced with "NEW" battery. Lost sim with prepayment. They eventually replaced with another sim, no offer of prepay lost. . Returned to Canada , phone failed 2 weeks later. Professional repair service here advised the "NEW" battery had been used over 2000 times from their download logistics. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT.

Terrible. I went in to get my screen fixed on my iPhone 8. When they took the screen off then they tore the home button which means my finger print didn’t work anymore on it. They put a new one in but it now opens and closes apps without me clicking it. I try and use my phone and it just doesn’t work anymore. They ruined it. I thought I could deal with it but im gonna have to buy a new phone because of them

Went to buy a phone about 2 weeks ago. The gentleman was really helpful, knew his stuff, did not talk technical to me. He transferred my information from my old phone to the phone I had just purchased from him. Nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful and polite person to deal with. Highly recommended.

Replaced the screen on my phone as promised when another shop had failed to find the right screen. Even lent me a temporary phone for calls as I was waiting. Would recommend happily.
