So easy to get the screen repaired. Totally hassle free, so fast, and the finished product is spot on. The only reason this is not five stars is that the area covered is smaller than ideal (I had to get my husband to take the phone to work with him) and also that there are some makes and models not covered by the company yet. But this is presumably becuase it is still in the early stages. Hopefully they will get bigger and have more product and area coverage.

Fantastic service, really clear communication, good quality repair. Collected my phone and returned within a few hours, and cheaper than I'd been quoted by a well known high street shoe repairer! Very impressed.

Fantastic. Put off having my ipad air fixed for a whole year when I finally got around to looking for places to do it! I work in central London; they were at my office by 10.30 and it was back by 1.30ish - good as new! I found it hard to believe that this was an actual thing, but my LCD is repaired and I'm finally using it again for the first time in ages! Thrilled. Thanks Repairly, would recommend to anyone. :) plus, reasonable prices which I couldn't find in many other places.

Amazing service and SO fast. Dropped my phone and smashed the screen to pieces - they picked up from my office within an hour of placing the order on the website. It was gone for around two hours and was brought back as good as new with 12 months Repairly warranty. I never write reviews but I'm honestly amazed at what a good service this is. They are also cheaper for screen repairs than any stores I looked at in London. Would only ever use Repairly going forward. BRILLIANT!!

Absolutely great. Picked up in the morning and dropped off by lunch time. Phone came back repaired to a high standard for a reasonable price.

Feels a slightly remote process but they do what they say on the tin.
Sent a badly cracked ipad and it was back in two days good as new at a very reasonable price.

found out about these guys on google after smashing my iPhone 6 screen to pieces. 3 hours later the phone is back with me and looking just as beautiful as before. huge

In the time of my Monday meeting, these guys picked up, repaired and returned my iPhone in my office! In less than 2 hours! No time to miss it ;) !

Very good & very quick (sub 1hr) - friendly service.

In terms of communication, I would recommend improving the service through sending an email to the customer when they book their service in and then send follow up emails with updates of how things are tracking. Other than that, all good.

I have to say that I am really not impressed.

My phone was running perfectly before I sent it in except for the fact that the screen was smashed.

I paid over £130 for the repair (screen and battery replacement). The screen stopped working 3 weeks later and Apple informed me that the battery was faulty after having run a diagnostics test.

I contacted repairly and they told me that they would replace the battery. I sent my phone in for repair and was told it was not fixable and charged a diagnostics fee!

At no point was I told that I would be charged a £30 'diagnostics' fee.

I have now forked out over £160 for repairs that have damaged my phone and have now had to purchase a new one.

I believe I deserve compensation.

I do not recommend this company! Go to Apple directly!

Extraordinary! I cannot thank them enough: when you have a teenager stuck in a trauma ward with their phone/life line having sustained damage, as a parent you are kind of stuck. I messaged Repairly at 11.35pm on the off chance we could drop the phone off at their office as we were on a ward. Within minute they replied 'no worries we can get to the ward'. And they did indeed pick it up in the morning and a few hours later a young man was wandering round the ward looking for our room with a repaired phone. How is that for service.

I was a bit dubious about giving up my phone to a stranger for a screen repair, so I started out by asking a few questions via the online chat and started get email replies late at night - do they never close ?- I already had a quote from a high street shop and they matched it including collection and deliver. A very pleasant young person came within 10 minutes of the booked slot, put my phone in a protective box and less than two hours later, they were back with my phone, looking as good as new. Superb.

I dropped my beloved Samsung S5 on my way to work one morning, smashing the screen. I had a quick Google at where to have it fixed near the office, and I came across Repairly so decided to give it a go. I was quite surprised at the service they were offering, so I even messaged them to double check that the price included them picking it up and bringing it back.

At about 10am, I booked a slot between 11am and 12pm, with the promise of it being delivered back in a 2 hour time slot. They turned up, explained they would take the phone and replace the screen, and bring it back as soon as possible. Given that it was naturally raining heavily in London, it was amazing to not even have to leave the building!

Within an hour my phone was back in my hands (absolutely perfect), and they went on their way again. I was amazed at how quick the service was, especially given the convenience and the fact it actually cost me less than my insurance excess without having to go phoneless for even a day.

I would highly recommend Repairly for anyone who needs a reliable phone repair, and I have done so to many colleagues and friends who were equally amazed that I hadn't even made it to my lunch break before having a fully operational phone again!

We booked in a repair for 10am on a Monday, perhaps peak repair day for an iPhone screen, especially during the excitement of large football tournament. The cheery Repairly arrive at the office in torrential rain, bang on the time slot, collected the phone and was very friendly. The phone was whisked away for repair, and back that same morning!
Having pre-authorised payment online via card, the service was sleek and simple, and I guess most importantly the poor old iPhone 6's screen was fixed expertly and given a new lease of life. All at a cheeper price than others. A big thank you from the phone and us.

They came to me, picked up the device and returned it back repaired within an hour. Awesome service and highly recommended! Definitely a future for expanding into other areas than just smartphones... Go guys!
