The services offered on their web-site - real life experience was poor.
The services offered on their web-site did not match my own experience. Initially wanted a serial number, then a photograph, then indicated they could not help.

I must say that I do not know exactly who you are. And I am sorry that we can not do all models. We really try hard to get spare parts that are original and we keep educating our service technicians on all models. However in some cases we can simply not offer a repair service on that particular unit.
However according to our standards we seem to have done everything right. We ask for model and serial number to understand exactly which model the client have. In your case it seem to have been it was a model that was either not reparable or where we could not get spare parts. these thing happens, and there is not much we can do about it. However I hope you found help elsewhere.
