Great service at a good price.
For the price of two new xbox controllers (which would no doubt get stick drift and only have a years warranty) i got 5 controllers with hall affect and a 2 year warranty
Thought these type of services was a scam but it was 100% legit. Had good communication and fixed the stick drift perfectly and was returned to me within a week. Wayy better than spending £70 on a new controller. I will definitely use his service again once my 2nd controller gets stick drift.
Excellent service. Had three PS5 controllers repaired and I’m very happy with the results. The price was fair, the turnaround time was very quick, and all controllers are now working perfectly. Professional, reliable, and clearly experienced in gaming controller repairs. Highly recommended.
Amazing, sent in my controller with stick drift and it was quickly returned within a week completely fixed, couldn’t have been a better experience, yes it’s quite expensive, but still cheaper than buying a new controller so 100% worth it

I recently tried this service to upgrade the thumbsticks on my controller. The upgrade speed was very fast—they started working on it the same day they received my controller, even though it was their day off, which was really impressive.
However, I noticed that the disassembly process seemed a bit rough. There are white marks on the clips of the controller, which look like stress marks caused during disassembly, giving the impression that it wasn’t handled as carefully as it could have been.
I haven’t tested the controller yet, so I can’t comment on the actual performance after the upgrade.
Overall, the service was very fast, but I would suggest taking a bit more care during the disassembly process.

Excellent! Fast! The controller is like new. I've already sent in 3 controllers that, luckily, I hadn't thrown away, and they all came back excellent. I recommend them.

Communication could have been better, the website stated I'd receive information detailing where to send my controller for repair and I did not. I had to chase for this information, emailing the address on the website garnered no response, it seems the only way to receive a response is via the chat.
Once sent, the controller stick repair and upgrade was turned around quickly and I received back in good time. Although the controller now works, and I would say works better than standard with the TMR upgraded sticks, there is a small crack in the polycarbonate front cover where the screw from the battery compartment may have been slightly overtightened when putting it back together. This is an Xbox Ghost Cipher controller with a crystal polycarbonate front cover so it is quite visible when the controller is switched on because the glow from the Xbox button lights up the crack.

I used Repaircapital to upgrade my Xbox controller to Hall effect sticks after they started experiencing stick drift.
The process was pretty easy, had to pay for the postage to the repair shop myself then Repaircapital paid for the return postage.
In my case it only took a few days from posting to get my controller back which I was grateful for.
My repaired controller works great, no more stick drift and hopfully will last longer now.

Got my xbox controller upgraded to hall effect joysticls due to stick drift. Fantastic value, did what it said on the tin and quick turn around👍 only slight issue is if you dont put your email in and use a mobile number for contact it wont send you the needed adress to post which delays the process and due to what i presume is high demand for the service getting in touch is difficult took me several days of emails calls and texts etc to finally get an answer. However Joe was lovely and prompt to rectify the issue once i did speak to him and i'm confident he will have this glitch sorted soon 👍 would recomened and would use again.

When I needed my Nintendo Switch set up, I turned to Repair Capital after seeing their impressive online reviews. I nervously mailed my console, hoping for a smooth return. Shortly after, Joe from Repair Capital called to inform me they'd checked the device, discovering a dislodged cable from a previous opening. I agreed to a small extra fee for that repair. The following day, Joe confirmed the installation and cable fix were completed, and he arranged to send my Switch back. The console returned in excellent condition, exactly as expected. Though the return was delayed, it was due to Royal Mail, not the service. The entire process was incredibly straightforward and swift. Joe was fantastic to communicate with, providing clear updates. I'm thoroughly satisfied and will undoubtedly return to Repair Capital for future needs! :)
