We hired technician Rodion Belugin from repairboy for refrigerator repair.
He charged $300 to “refill Freon” and said he would refund part of the payment if the refrigerator did not work within 24 hours.
The refrigerator did not work AT ALL after the “repair”. Rodion Belugin refused to refund the promised amount.
Please be cautious when hiring this “technician”.
