We ordered four cameras with solar…
We ordered four cameras with solar panels and memory cards, which arrived in a timely manner and were exactly as per the description. The hardware works well and the app is good.
We also have the cloud storage and the four devices are connected via a 4G EE SIM card which we purchased independently.
All-in-all, a good purchase for a remote location.
Customer Service comes through!
I was going to swear off Reolink, but they offered me a replacement camera when mine broke and was no longer under warranty. This kind of customer service deserves my loyalty.

In more recent times some technical issues have arisen. The support staff have always been more than cooperative, patient and constructive. I have taken the opportunity to suggest a software change to which they have been more than receptive.

I have several cameras from this business. All are defective.
And they will not refund me.
None of these cameras lasted more than one battery cycle. They are very poor quality products.

Worst customer service ever, biggest waste of money ever...
What went wrong "this time"? I paid $400 for a NVR and 4 cameras. The cameras look good, the quality is excellent (that's why they got 1 star... Well honestly if I could give them .5 stars, I would. I tried to get support for the app and was passed around by Help Bots. I tried to call them at 8:30 and it says theie phone support is not open until 10, so I went back to the site and got the runaround from bots again. I waited until 10am and called them. They were busy so I left my phone number for a call back.. they was over an hour and forty minutes (1:40 minutes) and I still haven't gotten a call back. I tried to call them again and now its saying they're experiencing higher than expected call volume and hung up on me. At this point I want my money back for the NVR and cameras... But I can't get a hold of them to request it
Biggest waste of money I have honestly ever spent. I have to go out of town and I want to make sure my house and business are safe, so I think I'm going to pay a crack head and give them the keys to both. It's better than Reolink. That's 💯..

After my Reolink PTGO ULTRA worked fir 7 months it died!!!
After reaching out to customer support (a total joke) with all diagnostic dara requested, it became clear their customer supoort is 100 % CHAT ROBOTS THAT ONLY KNOW HOW TO REPEATEDLY ASK FOR THE SAME INFO AND NO DIAGNOSIS OR REMEDY!
As WARRANTY SERVICE THE 2yr and 2,5yr if you register product is a 100 % SCAM AND NON EXISTENT
UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING $$$$ away STAY AWAY FROM REOLINK!
Total GARBAGE AND NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SVC OR WARRANTY!!

Excellent service ,had issue with solar panel breaking .spoke to someone via chat Sent some photos of issue was all resolved within a week or so. Really great customer service amd so easily fixed so my camera was back up and running .
3 months of "copy-paste" support for a defective PT Ultra - Case #1568191
My Reolink PT Ultra (4K) has a major recording failure. Support (Ticket #1568191) has been ignoring my technical questions for 3 months, only sending automated scripts. I’ve pointed out design flaws regarding the SD slot and USB sealing, but they refuse to answer. Now they are forcing me into a risky PayPal RMA without confirming if the replacement is NEW or the correct model. Unacceptable for a 'premium' camera. Filing a report with the Belgian FPS Economy today. Avoid this brand if you care about warranty.
