Out of 5 items ordered in my typical size, only 1 piece fit me. It would be nice to have some imagery or notes on items like "model is 6'2'' 195lbs, wearing size Large." Several items were ordered in my size (large for shirts/jackets, 34 or L for pants) and ran VERY small.

Excellent customer service and love the clothes!

Read the reviews. I wish I did. I never used the service. And asked to cancel via email to their customer service email immediately after they billed me. They never responded, and continued to charge me. For three months I kept trying to ask them to cancel. And, they continued to ignore and charge me. When I finally got them to cancel, they told me they can't refund my money as their subscription terms and conditions required me to cancel inside my account rather than via email. (Which no one told me at any point. Or even responded at all for that matter) Their policy is not very 'legal' according to US laws. When you ask them for help, they say that is up to customer to handle in their own account. Buyer beware.

Fast shipping, clothes were in fantastic shape. The only thing that I'd mention is that some of the clothes fit drastically different brand to brand so it would be helpful to have a "runs small/slim" description

Most of my experiences already with Thred have been terrific. Shipping is prompt, it is a great value at any subscription level, quality assortment, quality pieces. Only negative so far is receiving 4 items in my last shipment instead of the 5 in my subscription!

Small hiccup with my first order that was resolved smoothly and quickly by customer service. Great threads.

There are some great, quality pieces! However, I just wish there were more options in my size (small) and that if there was a maximum time that someone could rent an item of clothing, then there’d be more chances for me to be able to rent the pieces I want.

Great service, great brands with high quality pieces. Removing a start because they need more inventory. I’m a medium and upon last ordering, there were only 50 pieces available in my size and much of them were summer shirts.

Good quality clothing, very responsive and helpful service. Availability of items in my size (medium) is often limited, and I have experienced shipping problems as well. Overall, I'm satisfied and plan to remain a subscriber in the near future.

Shipping when placing an order is relatively quick. The quality and brands of items in the site are fantastic. However, there are a limited number of items available to choose from in my size when browsing and looking to add to my cart.
