Incompetent staff answering the phones, they have no clue. I asked a question and the call handler started saying they do not deal with evections when I did not mention anything about an eviction.
Then he was trying to get all my details which is unnecessary for the question I am asking. I asked him at the end of the call why he wants my details if he doesnt know the answer ro my question and says it is nothing to do with rent smart wales. He said to check you are compliant. They are trying to catch people out.
Landlords and lettings agents need to come forward and write real reviews on this scam organisation that has been given the monopoly to rake in millions in profits enforcing legistlation onto landlords, charging them £300 to over £1000 for the service, and then consistently failing to give any support, or to provide a website platform that is not riddled with bugs and errors. The IT team there are a joke...even emails don't get through to them, you can send them an email literally while they are on the phone and it just won't arrive, then they claim you haven't sent the info they need and they threaten to revoke your landlord license. Bunch of clowns.
