Had to follow up with them and then sent me a bunch brief back and forth emails; asked for sensitive information before I had any indication of whether they could help; then refused when asked to explain how this information was needed and then refused to continue the conversation. All because one of the three of us is in between contracts currently.

I have used Legal Road services for a RRO claim and I can not recommend them enough. Dr Roy & Mike had to deal with a lot of harassment from the Respondents lawyers, but we managed to have a good result at the end.
Working with them for 9 months, I found them being very friendly, I was presented with all the costs from the start so I knew what to expect, stages and expectations from the beginning.

I am very happy with the help they gave me, they are very professional, effective and kept me informed at all times, explaining everything and providing me with information if I needed it.
I started to handle my case alone but it was very stressful and with them everything was calmer for me and we won, I couldn't have done it on my own.
I recommend them 100%.
