SCAMMERS! They bait you with listings of rental apartments that are stolen from other websites, very often outdated. I paid 1€ in order to contact few “owners”, not only non of them knew what rentola.es was, they said their listings were already long time unavailable.
I went on and forgot about the experience until one week later o receive 39€ membership charge on my account, which of course cannot be refunded at this point.

Seems I am another victim of this shady platform, having been charged a surprise €39 subscription when I never expected it, or wanted it.
The €1 entry appears to be a reasonable promotional tactic HOWEVER they hit you soon afterwards with a charge without warning, without collecting ANY additional information.
They simply target your wallet without any other communication.
I contacted them by email and was told I had not read the preconditions so... too bad ! We gotcha money now.

Most of the agencies offering apartments on rentola are communicative and helpful. It's a bit disturbing that the information available on the website is not updated. Some flats are not available or missing the info if the rental period is for short term or long term. The price info is always correct, this is good!
However the angecies normally offer other options.
Finally rentola is really useful and helped me a lot to check many apartments in target places to find the best option.

Sneaky practices, don't trust this website!
They took an expensive unauthorized payment from my account after advertising a 7 days trial. They never specified or made obvious the possibility of an expensive payment once the 7 days period was over. I though if anything it would be 1 euro. I saw nowhere that this will happen, no warning, no specification in any of their emails until it was taken from my account and i saw it somewhere in the terms. They make sure it's not obvious and won't tell you about it upfront, so they can charge an arbitrary amount and clear themselves of any responsibility. Apart from this charge of 40 Euros, this platform offered Nothing to me but yet another headache. I never contacted with anyone at all and it's truly useless, there was no benefit once or ever. They're a SCAM.

They charged me €1 for a one-week…
They charged me €1 for a one-week trial, and then €29.90 was taken from my account without clear consent. The platform does not work – even after logging in, it kept asking me to pay again.
When I complained, the company answered in a rude way, saying I had been “informed before, during and after,” which is a lie. I only received one email about the €1, never any information about the €29.90 or invoices. They even sent me links I had never seen before.
This is fraudulent, and I see that many other people have had the exact same experience. Authorities should take action and stop this company from continuing its scam.
Be careful – don’t waste your money with Rentola!

They changed me this automatically prescription. I paid and it’s never worked after. Support answered me only once in a 1,5 week.
Told me everything fixed ( but nothing fixed at the end )
And she didn’t forget to remind me that I canceled it already and it will not renew ( what an important info … like I don’t understand it )
