I think this website is close to scam website. I paid $18 to publish my advertisement as a owner of a room. They sent me tenants looking at rooms near my place, I realise that I have to pay a lot more than $18 to send message to their phone. Messages are free, but none of the people contacted me back
They purposely show or display rooms that have cheap rental. Then you find that you need to pay just to get in touch with the owners (landlord/landlady). When you get in touch they say the room is taken. This site only nice to see who the potential tenants are. Useless website.
